“Recommended. I plan to be back.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 21, 2011

I will definitely recommend valley park to other travelers.

The location was good. 5 minutes walking distance from the centre but much more quiet, all the neighbourhood are local residence. Room was simple and clean, hot water for shower is good. Breakfast was average but considering the room rate it was well worth the money I paid.

There is little flowers everywhere in the hotel, a lovely dog at the back yard and his name is odi. Terrace is a big add on, with a little bit climb up you can enjoy a great view in there.

Yusuf was a great host and he make our stay feel like home. He was there wake us up 4:40am in the morning for the balloon though we didn't book it with him. He offer us tukish tea and apple tea on the terrace.

Overall, it was a nice stay experience and if I get a chance to come back I will stay there again.

I spent four nights at the spectacular Cappadocia and I stayed in goreme in Valleypark Hotel.
Mehmet is the manager that the hotel has the best offer. He is friendly, helpful.
The hotel is simple and inexpensive. The room includes only the bed and an armchair. Has no breakout for the windows and therefore you are awakened by the sun at around 5 am.
The bathroom is enormous, but during the four days I took several cold showers.
The breakfast is simple but ok.
The hotel location is very good. Has free wifi, a car park and Mehmet provides tours, dervishes ceremony, Turkish night, etc..
If you want to spend a little, do not bother waking up at dawn with the sun, and not bother with cold baths, I recommend Valleypark for your fantastic stay in Cappadocia.
Congratulations for the excellent care of Mehmet

My travel partner and I stayed at Valleypark for three nights while in Goreme and loved it. Great view from its upstairs patio. Can't afford the hot air balloon rides? ... get up early and watch them from the patio. They come in super close and it's really quite beautiful. Your stay here also includes the traditional Turkish breakfast....but definitely one of the better ones I had during my travels in Turkey. The two gentlemen running it were fantastic. Incredibly accommodating, genuinely helpful, and always smiling. The room we stayed in was very clean with a good amount of space to move around (which was a plus) and a great location (Goreme is pretty small, so anywhere is pretty much a great location). We stayed in May, and it did get a little chilly at night but extra blankets were available. (We did pack our own lightweight sleeping bags which came in handy several time throughout our travels.)

A very nice view from the terrace of the hostel. Youssouf and his team will take care of you and make you feel as good as possible in this charming place of Göreme.

We stayed two nights in this hotel. The hotel is very good, the rooms have been recently refurbished (it seems it is being prepared for the summer season) and our bathroom was literally new. It is also very clean and well located. You have access to a very nice terrace overlooking the town of Goreme and the nearby fairy chimneys. Breakfast (which is very good and abundant) is taken there as well. The service was generally very good: the first afternoon was doubtful because when we arrived to the hotel, no one was waiting for us, so we decided to leave our bags there and go for a walk. When we came back, however, we met the owner and everything was ok from then (he even gave us a free lift from Cavusin where he passed by and saw us waiting for a bus on the highway!). The only real problem is that the room was a bit cold. The owner gave us an infrarred heater which was just enough to ward off the cold for this time of the year, but I'm sure that during winter it would have not been enough. Overall, if you go in summer or are willing to accept some cold in winter in exchange for a great value hotel, we definitely recommend this place.

I found a very nice people, very kind and friendly. Room was comfortable and clean. Breackfast was included that in my opinion this is very interesting also considering the low price.
