“Fantastic Holiday”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 13, 2011

We have just returned from 2 weeks at this hotel and it was definitely one of the best holidays we have ever had. I have never stayed in a hotel as clean as this one before! The staff at the hotel were so friendly and hard working, nothing was too much trouble. Although not close to Kusadasi centre, this wasn't a problem as the hotel is all inclusive. If you want to explore the town, there is a bus which stops right outside the complex. The hotel has its own shops and a photography studio - the lads are always taking pictures, but without any hassle to try and get you to buy them. The hotel is right on the beach, which was great for water sports - we tried parasailing and loved it. There are 4 pools on site - one is a quiet area, one for activities, one with 7 water slides and then a final large swimming pool. You do have to get up early to get a sun bed though - even though they say they will remove towels left on unoccupied beds (they don't!). The weather was amazing, not a cloud in the sky - and just as warm in the evenings. The food in the restaurant was excellent - so much choice and something for everyone. One of my children is a fussy eater but even he had 2nd helpings on some occasions, which is unheard of! We were a party of 4 - 2 adults and 2 children under 11 - but this hotel would suit all ages. The only down side was the lack of English TV in the rooms, but I think this hotel is quite new to welcoming English guests - we travelled with First Choice and it was their first season there. But I would definitely return to this hotel and we were so sad to depart when our holiday was over.

We have just arrived back from this hotel, it was without doubt one of the best holidays we have ever had. Firstly the rooms are large (we had a standard Family room, with a garden view) It was superb we even had a sea-view, ask for a third floor room, and you might be lucky. The food was excellent, a large variety which catered for most tastes and plenty of it.
The complex itself was brilliant, there are no fewer than 4 main pools 3 very busy and 1 quiet and of course the hotel is on the beach front. The Hotel operates a no reserved bed policy and is supposed to remove hotel towels on beds if left unattended, this in our experience did not happen but it was very busy and we were always able to find a lounger where we wanted to go.The Hotel has a large staff and they were always happy to help whenever you needed them, it was one of the cleanest places we have ever been to, if you dripped water whilst walking through the reception which is in the open, then a cleaner would follow you mopping up as you go.
It has been mentioned on here that the hotel photographers are a pain, to some degree they are but if you keep rebuffing them they soon leave you alone. If you want a family centered holiday then the only thing really missing is evening entertainment, there is a kiddies disco for 45 mins then some adult based entertainment after that but none of this starts until 2115 so it can be quite late for younger children, our 4 year old Daughter soon made friends and this was all the entertainment she needed, they could play on the grass as the adults sat around the bar. Quite simply if you require on going entertainment then this is probably not the palce for you, all we would like to say is we have had an excellent time and would go back so would all of the people who were around us, thank you Ephesia Holiday beach club for a wonderful holisay

First time ever to turkey and couldn't of picked a better place!! Stayed here with my partner and 2 kids 10 month old and 11 years old. We had a fabulous holiday!! When we arrived early hours of morning got checked in very quick and was greeted by a large ham and cheese baguette! And a fridge full of bottled water!! Lovely and was well needed after our journey!! Great location!! Good pools and we all loved the slides!! Food was very plentiful and lots of variety!! It's a very clean place!! Staff very welcoming!! Animation team was good and enjoyed there shows!! And we were all doing the clib dance by the end of the first week and still doing it as we arrived home!! Rooms were very spacious!!! And cleaned every day and clean towels everyday!! Would love to return and missing it lots would return sooner if we could afford it lol!! Had a really good holiday!! One of my best yet!!!

Food is good always something to eat and I am a fussy eater. Good pools slides for kids entertainment pool pool games all day then a quiet pool if you want that. Bus every couple of minutes outside gates into the centre where hundreds of shops open until late. Good trips available waterparks shopping daytrip to Greece historical boat trips everything. Loads of water sports to do on beach. Ruestarant gets very busy so best to go as soon as it opens. Evening entertainment mostly involves the guests but they try very hard. The new rooms just built are very nice the old ones sea view are very basic and need updating. It is all very very clean and tidy. I would recommend this hotel it is my 4th time here we have tried other hotels but did not compare even though they are rated higher ???
No need to get up at 5-6am to get a sun bed There are plenty as 4 pools to sit round which are all big and the beach. Towels are given to you and you can get them changed whenever you want.

Really enjoyed our stay staff always happy to help you, the hotel could inforce the towels on sun beds a bit more as most gone by first thing then not used until the afternoon. Food is good and eating your evening meal seeing the sunset is lovely

Travelled as a family with 12 & 16 year olds. Overall, a very good holiday and excellent value for money. The staff were all fabulous and could not do enough for you. We asked for extra pillows and sheets and they were brought to our room instantly. The First Choice Rep was also very approachable and helpful. It was my son's birthday and they organised a cake and 20 waiters brought it whilst singing! Our meal at the A La Carte Italian restaurant was amazing - the best we've had in ages and the snack and buffet food was fine. The whole hotel is spotlessly clean and our room was very nice and roomy. The kids enjoyed the slides and the beach, aside from a few pebbles, was lovely, if a little narrow. The only quibble is that there should be more varied evening entertainment - external acts, bingo and a quiz would be most welcome! There are the usual issues with reserving sunbeds, but we've found that wherever we've stayed. There are a few stray cats, but they're either nervous or friendly and my children were very fond of them. I would recommend this hotel - particularly for families with younger children.

Room Tip: Some rooms have nice sea views. We were on the top floor of 3 and could not find a lift which could...

genuinely friendly resort, all staff welcoming, cannot do enough for you.
exceptionally clean.
swimming pools fab, I have a 4 year old and she went in them all and on all the slides!
restaurant very good, lots of choice.
1 downfall, i think the ice cream should be for 2 hours a day rather than just one. by the time you've queued and got back with your ice cream, its all melted.
fab, fab holiday. would definitely go back.
