“Dinner at Ertan”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 14, 2014

We were recommended to go here by Cristina at the Kusadasi Golf and Spa Restaurant - we were a little uncertain when we discovered it was next to the road but we had a great experience. Food delicious (lamb, steak and chicken) and wonderful calamari to start with. Delicious rose to drink as well. Our teenage boys ate a huge amount too which is always a good sign! We were surprised at how reasonable our meal was around £20 per head. Would definitely recommend - an experience not to be missed!

“Don't wait 3 years like We Did !”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 7, 2014 via mobile

So many good restaurants, so little time. This is our 3rd year at Kusadasi Golf, and we decided to eat here for the 1st time. Passing by on a Sunday night the restaurant was packed full - always a good sign. Monday lunchtime, much quieter, which gave us time to select half a dozen mezze from the large range available. Fresh, tasty and served with local bread, herb-chilli butter and a very tasty cheese. Everything was absolutely delicious.

We'll be going back to try the other mezze -and the large range of beautiful looking meats on offer !

“Quality roadside dining - don't miss it”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 15, 2013

Perfect location if you stay at Kusadasi Golf & Spa. There are a few restaurants within 250m of each other – two of which were always busy – this being one of them. We went on spec so didn’t book a table but you may have to at busier times of the year. On arrival taken to our table on the veranda and was shown by Osman the owner – he had been pre-warned we were going by his friend Ali who owns the leather shop at the Spa. Our waitress took us to the Meze counter where she described each dish as well as us having the opportunity to see the main course before being cooked. We had a mixed selection which came with tasty warm flatbread hot with garlic/chilli butter and crumbly cheese. The four of us chose the lamb kebabs which were cooked to perfection. Complementary local liqueurs arrived after setting the bill. The meal worked out at around £12 -13 each including the drinks.
The atmosphere was buzzing especially as Turkey were playing Romania that night ! One tip is that if you don’t like cigarette smoke then eat inside as most locals seem to smoke during their meal and the effects depend on which way the wind blows!
Highly recommended to anyone staying at the Golf and Spa if you want a bit of local colour.

“Taste of Turkey”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 14, 2013 via mobile

Staying at Kusadasi Golf & Spa often passed this restaraunt and it was always busy.
We called in booked a table for Friday night. On arrival taken to our table on the veranda and was shown by the lovely host to the Meze counter full of wonderful tasty starters. Each was described the best she could, this is a place used by the locals no burgers or the like here.
We had a selection of 6 with lovely homemade bread hot with garlic/chilli butter. We had drinks and we both had the Lamb special which the majority of the restaraunt did. This was melt in mouth off the bone served on a heated salver over earthenware stove came with rice and veg and a green salad full of sweet tomatoes red onion and green pepper and leaves .
At the end of all that no room for afters 2 coffees followed and local liqueurs .
Then came the price. For everything, great food fantastic setting and Galatasary playing the atmosphere was great men women and children cheering or growning as they went 1-0 down the bill requested 72tl or about £24 for the both of us.
We go back tomorrow for some fish. This is a place that could charge double if in Kusadasi but as it is a local eating house we are able to get the benefits of a great place to eat.
Lovely people own and work there and so if you are passing, looking for a great place to eat or staying at CLC Kusadasi Golf & Spa it is a must.

“Another great roadside restaurant in Yaylakoy”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 29, 2013 via mobile

This is another restaurant we saw from the roadside - the one that seemed busiest in Yaylakoy. If you like grilled meat and fish this is the place for you. Choose a table and then go to the counter to choose starters and main courses all in the traditional Turkish style. Yet again amazing value for money. Enjoy!
