“We enjoyed our stay”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 13, 2013

We enjoyed our five night stay at this hotel even though we were not here to use the hotel facilities, it being purely a place to sleep and eat two meals. The hotel is on the coast and half of the rooms overlook the sea (rooms numbered 1 to 20 on each floor). The hotel is typical of that visited by people looking for a pool, activities, sun and food The swimming pool is large, there are quite a lot of sun loungers, a tennis court and apparently some general entertainment during high season. The hotel is about 3 kms from town and a taxi costs 6TL to get there (or you can walk). Our bedroom was good with all that one could need other than a kettle. The bed was very comfortable and we were delighted by the the boat and love heart created by the chambermaid on our bed using towels. WIFI is free but very poor in the evening and good in the morning. Alcohol is dear (a Turkish tax thing) and an average price for good quality hotels in Turkey (EFES 10 TL). Food was copious in quantity and its quality varied from average to good – it is not a place to plan on loosing weight. There was plenty on offer for vegetarians and the salad choice was overwhelming. Our only complaint would be that the orange juice at breakfast seemed to have only colour as its relationship with an orange. If we were looking for a holiday where sun, food and pools were important and we had young children, we would come here again. The hotel is disability friendly as far as we could ascertain although to get into town you would not be able to go by walking or using a wheelchair.

Room Tip: Rooms overlooking the sea are numbered the floor then 1-20. 21 to 36 overlook the cliffs behind the...

This is a fine Hotel and We enloyed our stay here very much. The staff are really friendly and helpful and try their best to help you. Our room was situated at the back of the Hotel but would recomend that you book a room with a sea view as the views over the ocean in the evening are amazing and well worth the extra. The food is a fairly typical buffet type menu but there was always a large selection and the food was fresh and hot where applicable. There is an Al a Carte restaurant next door, here the waiter was very eager to please, the surroundings nice and relaxing with a young lady playing a piano and fabulous views over the bay, however although the food here was ok it was not quite to the same standard as the surroundings and I would prefer to eat in one of the restaurants in the town if I fancied a change from the buffet. The pool was very nice and well laid out with the pool attendent worthy of special mention as nothing was too much trouble for him, the grounds of the hotel are beautiful but are on several levels with lots of steps to access the more secluded areas, however having said that there are lifts to the main levels and from these you can access most if not all areas. The Hotel is about a 20 minute walk in to Town (not that pleaseant a walk though so would recommend a taxi (6 Euros) or the bus (1.5 Lira). The rooms are fine with air conditioning and a safe included in the price and there is a mini bar but no tea or coffee facilities. We stayed half board but found the drinks expensive so mainly went in to Town in the evenings, I suggest that if you take advantage of the Bar frequently you pay the extra and go AI. Overall quite a pleaseant hotel and well worth a visit. Please note that we stayed here from the 4th of May 13 and this is quite early in the season as a result we paid a particular good price for our stay here and my comments reflect this

Room Tip: Have a room with a sea view definately worth the extra.Probably the higher the better. Stay all inc...

Lovely hotel in a fab location.Stayed here on an all inclusive basis and it was very good, buffet food available at each meal but you can also get food freshly prepared at the pool bar.One night a week you can eat at the small restaurant (3 Euros extra) The views are great and it is only a short trip into town, fixed price taxi from the hotel is 6 Euros or you can get public transport, very cheap and easy! The pool is really great and the pool attendent is first class, setting up beds, sun shades etc a lovely man, wish all the staff were as good as him! We found some of the young male staff to be slow, disorganised and had an attitude problem, the young ladies were the complete opposite! The views are lovely, lovely, lovely and so nice to sit out in the evening having a drink looking across the bay to the town.
We did have a good stay at this hotel and would go there again, really lovely place. AI was great as you could spend a lot on drinks here, there were even drinks in the mini bar that were included. We also enjoyed the ice cream on the AI.

Room Tip: We paid extra for a room with a sea view,it was lovely and we were able to sleep with the balcony do...

First time ever staying half board and loving it. May be bigger than Elvis on my return but spoilt here by highly attentive staff. Sure the booze prices are a little steep and the joint is a bit tired in spots but overall great value.

Visited this hotel over the Easter period for a wedding. It's a great place and wonderful location. The hotel was getting its new clothes on for the summer season so there was plenty of "worky watching" opportunity, some of which was hilarious.

The hotel and its facilities are all just top notch and in the summer, I am sure it will be a bouncing place. Quieter when I visited but that suited everyone.

The staff were all very accommodating and made the wedding go smoothly. We were half board and the food hall was a massive place but the food quality and choice was very good. There are loads of choices and you are unlikely to go hungry.

All in all a great hotel and a cliff top location to die for.
