Apart from the location, this hotel does not have a lot going for it. The adequate shower pressure probably saved it from a one star rating. We arrived at 3am, completely wrecked from a day of travel that was in its 23rd hour. The night desk person was rude, and could not tell which was our reservation (even though he was only expecting 2 arrivals...).

The rooms are unnecessarily fitted out with extensive mirrors and lights in the bedside tables. The worst feature is the air conditioning which feels like it fell off the back of a truck. It only works with the balcony door closed and when it does, wow, the noise is epic. It is a shame I am unable to upload the short video I took. The controller is from the 80s, attached to the wall, hanging freely from a naked wired. Okayyy...You are stuck between two sets of noises; leave the A/C on and it clacks away (too loud) and leave the balcony door open and there is a fair amount of street noise and noise from all the folk enjoying late night/early morning conversations on their balconies.

Then there are all the unfinished bits, the unpainted plaster all through the stairwells and the pitch black corridors.

The breakfast is a joke. We went down, said hello and were ignored, so we sat down and ate some not very good food and left. They acted like we did not exist.

And on checkout we had to deal with the man we dealt with at check in. So all in all not a good experience. Stay at your own risk.

This hotel has an amazing location but everything else about it is horrible. It is dirty and the service is the absolute worst. It is also very pricey. All in all a complete rip off, do not be fooled.

Really enjoyed our stay at the Efe boutique hotel ( especially as i was somewhat unsure after reading some of the reviews). we had a room on the main road with a fabulous view of the water. Road noise or restaurant noise was not noticeable at all. it was quite close to town as well and enjoyed some marvelous sunsets. The rooms were somewhat modern and loved the shower. Breakfeast was not overly fabulous.

Our hotel room were booked by True Blue Tour. It was the best 3 nights stayed in Kusadasi. We got the room that face a very nice view (facing the island) The free breakfast, wi-fi, service by hotel was all great. The staff is very helpful with the information for the nearest place to be visit. Me and my friends were very satisfied with this hotel and it is highly recommended to all who will visit Kusadasi. The hotel is near to all facilities in town, don't forget to drop by the nearest mini market/shop to the hotel because it is very cheap and the seller is nice ;D (we go to his shop everyday)

Room Tip: choose the room that facing the island/beach

We have just spent 3 nights here. The rooms are beautiful as are the bathrooms, it was an oasis after all the touring of the sites. But the most impressive thing about this hotel are the staff, they were SO helpful and kind, they would assist with anything and immediately. We really enjoyed our stay very very much.

Room Tip: All rooms face the Agean sea so no bad rooms

I spent two night in Efe Boutique Hotel and my room was fabulous. I had a small balcony overlooking the water with a view of a castle and cruise ships. At night it was a fantasy of lights. My room was spacious, the staff excellent and the breakfast buffet wonderful. They even left a flower on my bed on Mothers day.
