“Full of bus tour groups. Very average food.”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed January 29, 2013

Stayed as part of our tour accommodation.

ROOMS:
The rooms are comfortable, but dated. The beds are comfortable and the pillows are comfortable, but too small (only one per twin bed). The TV is an old CRT monitor (average picture quality and no stations broadcast in 4:3 anymore) - also there is only two English channels and they are both news channels. The inroom safe is terrible to try and use and there's no instructions. The bathroom is dated with very basic ammenities. The room does have free Wifi (password is your passport number, NOT the number on the piece of paper they give you). Nice sea view. The walls are quite thin and the windows are not soundproofed at all so you get all the noise from the road if you have a seaview room. Additionally there's some machinery on the floors above us that makes a WHIRRRR noise intermittently through the day and night - maybe a hot water thing? VERY ANNOYING.

FOOD:
The hotel caters to the large bus tour groups. The restaurant has tables seating between 6-12 to seat such groups. Restaurant breakfast buffet is pretty average. We had breakfast at around 9am each morning and the fried eggs were like rubber and had obviously been sitting out for a long time. Other dishes had been cleared off the buffet (breakky runs until 10am). If you have breakfast running until 10am, I would expect that all the dishes would be topped up and hot until 10am.
Dinner buffet the "hot" foods were luke-warm and pretty bland. The desserts were pretty good though. It was also a little annoying each dinner having the lady from the spa try to sell us Turkish baths and massages. Every night.
Service at the dinner is average. The staff are quick to get your first drink order but are impossible to catch afterwards. They clear plates pretty efficiently though.

If you are not staying as a tour group, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

They have a very good location and the room was very cleaning with a very good view. The service was very good, the employees was friendly and the breakfast and dinner was excellent.
This is the very good place where you are going to expend the vacation.
Whell done Tatlises.

The room has bad smell, the TV was broken, the A.C./heater also broken. We tried to ask someone to fix it but no one came. WiFi is not working although the reception gave us the ID and password. There is no tea/coffee making facilities in the room.I can not give a good recommendation on this hotel.

If you are thinking of staying somewhere for only a night or two, this is the perfect place to stay. Quiet location & clean rooms, service is also quick and food is decent. As usual, this hotel has a few things they can improve on:
1. TV is small.
2. Bathroom could be a bit bigger.
3. Pillows are hard and I don't like hard pillows.

The room is pretty modern and clean. Not much to say about this hotel but it's nice for a quick getaway.

First of all thanks your reviews.
We rechanging the silikon netx to bath-tube thus the bad smell in room removed.. Also we change all pillows in the rooms. And today finished to change all room carpet to laminat..
Our hotel generally preferred by short staying guest (one or two days). Becase, only a few hotel works like as Half Board bases like us in Kusadasi.
On the other hand we have a lot of repeat sejur guesta (at least a week or more staying in a hotel) from Germany and Netherland.

Againly thanks your reviews..

Your Sincerely

It was a big room , nice balcony . Pool looked good but the smell, stained carpets, awful room service food, lack of smiling and the woman with pouty face at the till at dinner made it one of the worst places we've stayed at in the mid range category. The breakfast and dinner buffets were decent . Offered a variety . But can get noisy and busy with large tour groups !

Rooms are very basic though fairly clean. Food is just, Ok. Location is very far from main down town and city center. It looked like Hotel management cares group people more than individual travelers.
