“Very nice and cleaning hotel.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 17, 2013

They have a very good location and the room was very cleaning with a very good view. The service was very good, the employees was friendly and the breakfast and dinner was excellent.
This is the very good place where you are going to expend the vacation.
Whell done Tatlises.

The room has bad smell, the TV was broken, the A.C./heater also broken. We tried to ask someone to fix it but no one came. WiFi is not working although the reception gave us the ID and password. There is no tea/coffee making facilities in the room.I can not give a good recommendation on this hotel.

If you are thinking of staying somewhere for only a night or two, this is the perfect place to stay. Quiet location & clean rooms, service is also quick and food is decent. As usual, this hotel has a few things they can improve on:
1. TV is small.
2. Bathroom could be a bit bigger.
3. Pillows are hard and I don't like hard pillows.

The room is pretty modern and clean. Not much to say about this hotel but it's nice for a quick getaway.

First of all thanks your reviews.
We rechanging the silikon netx to bath-tube thus the bad smell in room removed.. Also we change all pillows in the rooms. And today finished to change all room carpet to laminat..
Our hotel generally preferred by short staying guest (one or two days). Becase, only a few hotel works like as Half Board bases like us in Kusadasi.
On the other hand we have a lot of repeat sejur guesta (at least a week or more staying in a hotel) from Germany and Netherland.

Againly thanks your reviews..

Your Sincerely

I have stayed there a week on a group tour, the location is not very good , it's far from town center, but it's available by dolmosh.
the rooms are simple but complete,my room had a very good see view and yard view.
It's a H.B. hotel witj very delicious breakfast and dinner buffet,
breakfast:2-3 kind of soups,a big table of fresh fruits, salad.a seprate table of pastries.sausages,cheese....
dinner: 4 tables of pastries, cookies, salad, fresh fruites, dessert, soup and best thing is chef in the yard cooks, bakes and serves very delicious kebabs, pasta and other turkish food.
pool is acceptable(2 pool)
don't miss the turkish hammam.
Have a Nice Stay.

It was a big room , nice balcony . Pool looked good but the smell, stained carpets, awful room service food, lack of smiling and the woman with pouty face at the till at dinner made it one of the worst places we've stayed at in the mid range category. The breakfast and dinner buffets were decent . Offered a variety . But can get noisy and busy with large tour groups !

Rooms are very basic though fairly clean. Food is just, Ok. Location is very far from main down town and city center. It looked like Hotel management cares group people more than individual travelers.

Dinner was buffet-style in the open-air courtyard. With beautiful weather and cool temperatures, it was a pleasant setting. However, the rooms were far more disappointing, with very basic facilities, especially a very dated bathroom. It was dark even with all the lights on, conveying a sense of uncleanliness. The hotel is along the hillsides overlooking Kusadasi, so very nice views are available of the town and the coast. The roof was also open so do venture up to soak in the view!
