just got back from 11 nights stay at this hotel, really nice an clean hotel, food was ok, we all never went hungry, pool area was nice an clean, went with 4 kids aged between 14- 7, kids really enjoyed themselfs, no entertainment but we just jumped on no 6 bus to centre, frankie the rep was really nice an gave us good deals on our trips out an made sure you were looked after, read all reviews before we went an was dreading it slightly, dont no why some ppl are so negative about hotel as you get what you pay for, we all loved it an would defo go back again.

my husband and myself stayed at the kusasun for 2 wks 11th sept 2011, the rooms are big, pool area great, this hotel has a lot to learn about all inc, meals the same every day, plastic tumblers to drink out of, that was not that clean. to many stairs in the hotel, all inc stopped at 10.30, nothing to do at hotel, stuck up on a hill, had to catch bus outside to go to kusadasi, frankie got message, that we would not be going to eat at his bar!! we wont go back to this hotel or to kusadasi, found it boring, back to marmaris next year. staff not allowed to mix with guests. thank god we met a nice couple at hotel. bar manager should be in a better hotel than this, very nice man, road works outside hotel so u get early morning noise, no kettle in your room so you are unable to make a drink if you wanted to. nothing for children to do, you also get over night stop overs most days, which means you have to go for your meals early, otherwise they eat the lot.... i would rate this hotel as a 2 star. the 10.30 that all inc stop,s needs to be looked at, icecream has to be paid for. cheap hotel, food shows this, suppose you only get what you pay for!!!

Hotel very clean, pleasant service, towels changed daily and bed linen. Air conditioning as standard. I do not understand why this hotel has so much negative opinion. I believe that for the money standard of the hotel is really high and you have negative opinions may be time to think about the holidays for two thousand pounds per week in the presidential suites, or pitch a tent in their own backyard because after what had upset:)

Booked ay short notice and were told it was a two hour transfer!! More like three and a half after numerous drop off once in to Kusadassi. Rooms were adaquate for our needs but no air con in the bedrooms made it very hot for the kids. major road works outside made the early mornings noisy. All inclusive didnt include ice creams for the kids. The Morning snack times are very hit n miss and if you dont get it quick when its gone it had gone and was not replenished so a 2 hr snack time lasted 10 minutes!!. after noon snack was lunch time left overs.Entertainment at the hotel was for 1 night only and then only for 1 hour, no animation for the kids at all. Then we come to "your" holiday rep as Frankie likes to describe himself. He is a total con man who is interested solely in how much money he can make out of you. You can book your trips cheaper in town at many locations. As for him and his colleagues constantly pushing for you to go Murphys in town. Dont be conned, free transport there and back, Yes, good food, Definatly not, not a nice atmosphere either and poor service, yet it was our was our most expensive meal. Dont bother complaining either as they are so not interested in your issues and just want to get rid of you.
