“Sezgin and Deniz are very welcoming, nice and helpful! It's a very friendly environment there!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 15, 2013 via mobile

The room and sheets are very clean, the mattress is new and comfortable. I liked the fresh breakfast in the terrace. Though i haven't swimmed the water in the pool looks clean.

Sezgin may propose tours to visit the area, so you can ask if it covers your destination.

I liked my stay there and would go back again.

In close walking distance to everything in Kusadasi. Rooms are spacious and clean and the owners are very friendly and personable... always there to help with information and suggestions. Laid back atmosphere where you can meet other travelers. The pool looks nice, I didn't go in it but it's very convenient for a quick dip. If you have a chance, eat there when they have the bbq. The food is delicious! Highly recommended!

I was pleased to be picked up from the bus stop and taken to the hostel. When I got there they couldn't find my booking, but put me in a nice enough room. The room was clean. I arrived in the evening and didn't want to go out that night - they offered me some food and I sat chatting with the staff in the garden. I was shocked at the price they then told me the food was. The way they offered it to me made it seem like it was free - perhaps I should have expected to pay, or perhaps I've stayed in more generous places before. The food was nice but I would have been a lot happier if they'd been more up-front about the prices. I wasn't there long enough for them to try and sell me tours or anything, but I saw them being quite pushy to other guests. It felt very much like they only cared about the money.

As a Kiwi visiting Turkey and Kusadasi for the first time I was very nervous of what to expect. Thank you Deniz and Sezgin for making our stay "home from home". What you see in the website and pictures are exactly as it was. Accomodation was really comfortable and the breakfasts were lovely including the traditional Turkish breakfast! Sezgins Guesthouse is central and in good walking distance to the main city center. Deniz is a mine of information and only willing to please his guests. His historical knowledge is amazing! Any newcomers if you have time take up Deniz offer for his personnal tours to efesus. I have gone away wanting to return not only for the beautiful Kusadasi and surrounds but for the welcoming I received by Sezgin Guesthouse and Deniz. We stayed in the Room 206 and 202 but hope to return to try out the other rooms. We visited there from the 4th may to the 8th May.

I cannot imagine a better place to stay in Kusadasi. The bed and breakfast is in fact a beautiful Boutique Pansion in a historical neighborhood in kusadasi that is central and walking distance to all the sights. It is beautifully furnished, clean, and spacious with a large open living area, private, and breakfast is included in the stay. The cost is very good as well, lower than other B&Bs on the trip advisor list.

Dennis, who runs the B&B, is very knowledgable about the history of Turkey and we had endless conversations about the local culture, traditions, food and history.

I could not recommend this B&B higher! If you are going to Kusadasi, STAY HERE!

Room Tip: You can book your tours to ephesus -pamukkale priene and milet, didyma by dennis at the travel desk...

We loved the location in the not so touristic neighbourhood.Just enjoyed an all too brief stay at this delightful small hotel close to everything in Kusadasi. From the moment I came through the door and was warmly greeted upon my arrival to the time I was assisted into my taxi upon departure for the airport...I experienced a genuine Turkish hospitality at this stylishly contemporary (yet also warmly intimate) establishment. The rooms and the ensuite bathrooms, although on the smaller side, are cleverly designed yet very comfortable and come with all you may need. The handsome light-filled lobby (actually more like a casual living/dining room) functions during the morning as your venue for a liberal breakfast buffet with a made to order warm main dish being offered. The location is very close to the main city center. The staff of the hotel is very hospitable and helpful, the breakfast delicious and the rooms very good.

The hotel was awesome! Gorgeous swimming pool wich will be ready end of april. The botanic garden is the most cozzy palace that we seen ever. The people there were really friendly. The room was cleaned daily, towels changed every day and the sheets changed every couple of days. The maids even made pretty patterns of our beds.Sezgins is only 120m from the main city center and 200m to the harbour.

Room Tip: ps:try the fish bbq its the best fish that we ever had.
