Grand Haber is one of best hotels I've seen in relations with customers ( even they've sent my charger after I back home ) should also thanks to restaurant staff . in my opinion best thing is staff and sure cats :) however I wish beach was closer not in 100m walk :/

We stayed at this hotel for a conference. Firstly they claim to be a 5 star hotel but once you walk in, you can immediately see that it deserves not more that 3. The lobby is furnished with old, colourful and tasteless couches and sitting groups. They make you wear a bracelet to show the waiters what type of customer you are (all inclusive or B&B). It is really ridiculous to ask for a business customer (who's there for a conference) to wear a rubber bracelet. The whole hotel smells greasy, some kind of cooking oil, even your room! My room was on the 4th floor (top floor) and I could smell breakfast (bottom floor) in the morning and dinner at night. The rooms were old, most probably not renovated since 1990. The bathroom floor and the bathtub were dirty with some hair leftovers. I took a shower with my flip flops on. I wouldn't write all of these if they did not claim to be a 5 star hotel.

Was here several years ago with my family. The best here, as for me, is aqua park) This funny woolf head and slides - pretty nice. And unlimited Cola was a quite good addition. Can advice this hotel for families with children.

The hotel rooms require renovation. Food is just average. The hotel is usually populated by russian speaking tourists. The hotel is located with the city, which is advantageous if you want to go out for evening walks.

One night stay as part of a 7-night coach tour of historic sites in Lycia.
Comfortable but cold room. Noisy toilet cistern caused some sleep disturbance. Buffet breakfast was good. Good views from room towards mountains.
Overall impression of hotel was good for short stay.

Room Tip: Request room with a view of mountains

I stayed for 4 days out of the seasson. For my opinion this is 4 stars hotel. Everything was good, but not too much impressive, could be better. Room was ok, clean and comfortable. Pool rooms view should be avoided, at least I couldnt stay during the night with open balcony because of pretty much noisy sound from the outside swimming pool, due to a changing water.

Kemer is a bit away from Antalya - we arrived at the airport at just after midnight and arrived at the Grand Haber at about 02.15am. Cold refreshments were provided, but we were too tired to enjoy them. Our room was very comfortable, everything worked and, after a few hour sleep, the hot/cold breakfast was more than adequate. We were then on our 7 day tour of the Lycia coast at 08.00 next day, so didn't get to enjoy any of the hotel's facilities. Overall impression - good for the time of year.
