Wish we'd had longer. We had 10 nights and 9 days and really could have done with 2 weeks. This hotel complex was big and there was always somewhere to eat and always something going on. The rooms were good and clean and everything was working. They cleaned it well every day as well as making sure the fridge was well-stocked and doing the nice patterns with the towels on the bed every day. Only gripes were the usual ones for Turkey which is some of the service and staff efficiency and friendliness is very suspect to put it mildly, and the usual Russian/Eastern Europeans rudeness. But then on the whole I reckon I prefer that to a load of moaning English. The food was pretty good. We haven't had a bad experience of all-inc food yet. It's not the Ivy obviously but I generally love it for the time we're there. We hardly ventured out from the hotel complex at all this time so can't really comment on the location. The hotel and grounds were impressive. Pools were good. Water polo was far too well-monitored but hey... All in all a good hotel, unbelievable for the price really, and we had a good time.

Room Tip: There are rooms around the smaller pool on the right side of the hotel. They are quiet and we loved...

Stayed here from 19th to 26th October with husband and 14 and 11 year old daughters. Weather a bit mixed, quite a lot of cloud and some rainy days. However when sun did come out the temperature did get into the 30s and was very pleasant.

We stayed in a refurbished room on the 7th floor of the main building. The room was huge, plenty of space for the four of us with lovely sea views. The beds were very firm as were the pillows but soon got used to them. The only problem was air con not very strong and room very warm, even on chilly days.

We found all the staff to be extremely friendly and all spoke very good english. Never had to queue for long at the bars, no problems with people pushing in as mentioned in other reviews. Make sure you queue from the right and you wont have any problems. The first five days of our stay the hotel was probably only half full so never had any problems finding sunbeds, tables at dinner or somewhere to sit in the bars, however during the last couple of days the hotel became full and things started to feel a bit crowded. Not sure I would want to go in peak season.

Food was delicious lots of choice but did become quite repetative after a week. Waiting staff work very hard clearing tables and taking drinks orders. Ate at the Italian a la carte which I would recommend, food delicious and service fab.

The hotel itself is around fifteen years old but constantly being updated so feels very clean and modern. The pools are gorgeous. We sunbathed around the main pool next to the pool bar. This area was quite lively with music playing and the animation team constantly getting people involved in games and activities. This was great for the kids as they made friends with other kids their age. Big thanks to Mambo and Billy really lovely funny guys. If you want to relax there were several other pools to choose from. The beach wasn't great, mainly large pebbles, but the sea was lovely and clear and quite warm.

Evening entertainment was a bit hit and miss but cant fault the animation team they all gave 100%.

All in all we had a great holiday and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel.

We have just got home from Limak Limra and had a really good time.we were a family with 12,13 yr olds who we hardly ever saw.there was an amazing Animation team who were the most proffessional we have came across. They never stopped from morning till night and the evening shows fantastic!.The food was of good quality and plenty choice as there were a chinese,Turkish,Italian,Mexican and also buffet too.We were in the main hotel and all 4 of us in room, perhaps next time we would spend a little extra and get 2 rooms. The setting of the hotel was beautifully landscaped gardens, lovely clean pools with slides, stoney beach but with lovely views across the sea.The only dissapointment for us there was little brittish here, having said that we met some fun people. There was a few who were very rude and pushed in front of you but thats no fault of the hotel. For us the animation team and life gaurds, and barmen made our holiday thanks guys.(Jabba,Bora Bora,Mambo,Aylona,Salman, and Billy to mention a few!)

Room Tip: We were in room 1529 it had a lovely pool and sea view.

Everything was so nice that we felt no need to get out of the hotel, meals, snacks and entertainment was great. The drinks are original (not mixed with water as most of the all-inclusive hotels do). There is a diet bar, baby bar, salad bar, there is anything and everything to eat and drink. The waiters are really friendly. The entertainment team is working really hard. All animations during day time and night time are great.
We one had a problem (housekeeping forgot to place the towels), but it was solved in 10 min.
As the hotel says, you can feel warm hospitality and excellent service.

Room Tip: Not the main hotel building, but the Arcydia rooms, amongst the green trees.

We have just returned from a one week vacation and had a marvelous time. I have stayed there with my wife and my son and a friend, both 18 years. The hotel staff was very friendly and people from the Customer Service regular asked if everything we were satisfied. Hotel and gardens were very clean.
Food in the restaurants was varied and good. We have also dined in the Italian, Mexican and BBQ ala cart restaurants, and we can recommend the Italian restaurant.
We were pleasant surprised by the good shows and the professional way these were presented at the open-air theatre. The animation staff were amusing the guests of different ages all day in the park and we had quite a lot of laughs with their funny actions. We recommend this hotel and its beautiful garden, and we would happily return for another stay.

Room Tip: We have stayed in room 1524 (south side) which had excellent view from its balcony on both the sea a...
