“Very Good Value”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 8, 2013

Stayed here last March/April on a last minute booking.
Although it was out of season the hotel was reasonably busy and all amenities were open.
The food choices were very good and the service was excellent as with all Crystal Hotels.
The staff are very attentive and friendly.
Cleanliness was excellent.
The hotel has a very good location being just a 5 minutes walk from the twon centre and 100 yds from the beach.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel.

My friend and I stayed here in September and had a blast.
Hotel reception is amazing and it almost takes your breath away.
Rooms where clean and we ha a lovely view.
Staff were friendly and I would defiantly stay here again.

They only reason I haven't given 5 stars are because;

- Staff do not speak very good english.
- Reception manager wanted to charge us to use the phone 1dollar a minute. We only needed to use the phone to call our shuttle guy to check he would still be picking us up. Manager was very unhelpful and kept speaking in her language to a male colleague as they knew we couldn't understand. I would expect a 5* establishment to go the extra mile and help us out as we were in a foreign country.
- Food is ok , try not to get the fish in the sauce bbq fish is cooked much better
- Beach is pebbled and very uncomfortable but view is amazing
- Lift smells of very strong perspiration
- Stayed for 4 nights and only met 1 english couple
- View rooms don't get much sleep as music from bars is very loud

My problems were more with the staff and not with the hotel.

Stayed at this hotel for a week in october. My first visit to kemer and really enjoyed the place.
The place tends to not be a haunt for many british people yet but hey thats not a bad thing is it.
Everyone at the hotel were very nice. There are lots of shops and restaurants nearby and plenty of loud discos [youve been warned] but the noise never bothered our party just keep the patio doors shut as the discos go on til 4 oclock in the morning.
The hotel is spotless and all the waiters and bar staff were really pleasant to us.the food and drink was really good with plenty to choose from. The beach is a private one and found it relaxing down there as you have your own bar down there and the wife loved the bake potatoes you got there at lunch time. All in all can't fault the place had areally great stay there and would go back to this hotel but only with company as not many brits here.
The one complaint i have about the hotel is the wee man who gives you a turkish shave he's very pushy you think your in for a ten euro shave and the next minute he's got the clippers out shaving my head. Not very funny when i went back to the pool with a crew cut and my wifes a hairdresser.her face was a picture.i must have watched that wee man con another ten folk into a haircut at an extra 15 euros a pop.so a 10 euro shave turns into a 25 euro shave and haircut the wee conman.beware.Looking to go back to kemer same time next year but might try the sister hotel as we heard it was good to.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel... The 24 hour all inclusive is an added bonus.... You will not need for anything there.. The rooms are clean and spacious... We asked if we could be moved from the second floor which seems to be the only floor with a restricted view of everything. We were offered a to 4 th floor with a land view.... The view over Kemer town and the magnificent mountains was just perfect. From the afternoon until sunset the balcony on this side of the hotel is bright and sunny, with out a doubt it's the best side for this reason... The hotel offers daily entertainment for both adults and children. The grounds and large swimming pool spotlessly clean. The pebble beach is a couple of minutes walk through a lovely garden. The hotel has plenty of loungers and it's own bar keeping you fed and refreshed throughout the day. You really don't need for anything at all. ( apart from water shoes, which are a must for walking on the pebbles... We bought ours in a uk chain sports outlet for £5 and were worth there weight in gold ! ). You really do need them.... Clean pool and beach towels are supplied all day. If your gets wet, no problem with changing it as many times as you like... The resturant had a huge selectin of food at all meal times. The waiting staff are polite and can't do enough to please.... The hotel has an exceptional spa along with all sorts of pampering treatments and fairly priced.... The hotel also has games facility's , bowling alley, Internet and also free wifi... Loved the resort of Kemer and thoroughly enjoyed the hotel, would deffinately go back without a doubt.

Room Tip: Top floor is the best......

The hotel is situated in a stunning location between the Taurus Mountains and the Mediterranean Sea,The hotel cannot be faulted .The staff are friendly and helpfull, the rooms are good and in the restuarant there is a wide choice of tasty foods. The beach service is good with comfortable loungers and cold towels provided to help you cool off.
In all to be recommended for a great holiday.

Room Tip: Rooms with a view over the mountains are more peacefull

2 of 5 stars Reviewed October 28, 2012

We have just returned from the hotel in October 2012. The Hotel plus points are as follows:-

It is ideal for families as the hotel provides water slides, Animation team and play area.
The Hotel is clean as was the bedroom in which we stayed.
The bedroom cleaners were friendly and polite.
The Health Spa is excellent. clean, beautifully designed and decorated.
Mountain scenery behind the hotel is stunning.

Now for the negatives.

The locally produced wine and spirits provided by the hotel are terrible, as are the vended fruit drinks provided at breakfast. International drinks were chargeable between 21-26 Turkish lire per drink (approx £8-10). Even though we were to believe on booking the holiday International drinks were included.

Food is quite bland and not what you would expect from a 5* Hotel, quite a number of different stews, casseroles and over cooked veg.

The dining room is more liken to a canteen atmosphere rather than a restaurant. Cats tended to wander in the restaurant areas searching for food.

Most of the restaurant and service staff tended to serve when "they decided" and quite often ignored us. We found that if we ate later during meal times we were not always offered drinks on sitting down and had to find drinks for ourselves . Our plates were not always removed from the table between starters, mains and desserts.

The English language is not used or understood by a good majority of the staff whereas German was spoken most frequently.

We found that in general this was a families holiday and we experienced a large number of children misbehaving and not being checked by parents. If you are a couple looking for a relaxing holiday "beware".

Evening entertainment at the hotel was infrequent and quite honestly not that good when it was on.

If you are looking for an excellent 5* hotel you may be prudent to search further.
