“Pleasant enough”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed August 17, 2014

Nice terrace overlooking the harbour - but get there early as they don't take reservations and it was pretty busy before 8.30. Mezze selection was plentiful and flavourful; Mama's pastry proved disappointing, a very plain cheese/meet pie with little accompaniment. Shrimp stew tasty; meatballs and chips uninteresting. Lively atmosphere, very similar to most other places roundabouts.

“NO GOOD AS DESCRIBED IN REVIEWS”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed August 16, 2014

I've been there during my visit of Kaş mostly because it was suggested and recommended by our Guide Book. Really bad and rough service at the table and the meal was not so exceptional as we were expecting. Also meze were the on so good as reviewed...I won't recommend it at all.

“Great food and atmosphere”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 9, 2014

We had lunch on a hot day in July in their shaded and cool roof garden. We had ravioli and their superb homemade lemonade - highly recommended! The food was good and excellent value.

“A Fantasy...”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 8, 2014

We stopped at this restaurant on our drive to Antalya from Fetthiyeh for a snack. This restaurant is at a beautiful location overlooking the marina and Greece across the sea. Clean Mediterranean blue and white, plants and creepers all around, a covered area to shelter from the sun should you want it.

There is an inside area with a patisserie, an office table and a few seats if you want to enjoy the ambience of an old cafe. The obligatory Ataturk poster and prints of his speeches, old photographs, very old showcases. Everything very neat and gracefully aged. Old ladies are a part of the living decor wearing pearls and quietly murmuring as they play cards and daintliy toy with their snacks when not busy cooking. A lively young couple lead you thru the menu and help you order without hustling.

The place seems to attract an interesting clientele. Our view was : a burly german on a big bike with a handle bar moustache, a businessman in a suit reading a stack of financial newspaper, an older gent with a young girl having a long breakfast. Great place to watch people.

Then comes the food. Fresh, bright, delicious. This was truly outstanding food served in a great fashion and in a great ambience. We came for a snack and stayed for a big lunch!! If i had my way i would have just stayed on in Kas to be able to come here for four meals a day. I am sure there are other great places in Kas but alas we only had time for one meal and stumbled on this superlative gem.

“Tipical cuisine”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 7, 2014

We have been here for a dinner, nice place on a roof garden. We had a mix of starters with Hummus etc. in order to taste the tipical food, it was very good. Then We had a Mama's Pastry (very good) and another plate (tipical pasta with yougurth sauce on it) I don't remember the name, it was good but woth too much sauce on it.
