Twelve very happy days staying at the Asiyan. The owners, Husna & Nuri with their team, Zohal, Tuna, Epeac and Elif made us feel totally at home and spoilt. We will return next year without a doubt.A wonderful place to stay.

Room Tip: The family suites are immaculately kept but on the small side. Perfect for families with young child...

We've just returned from 10 fabulous days in Kalkan and could not have had a better time.
Kalkan is an amazing place - great beach clubs, beautiful clear waters and an immense choice of bars and restaurants.
Hotel Asiyan was the perfect choice of places to stay - just far enough to be peaceful and tranquil whilst relaxing around the pool and catching up on some needed sleep, whilst being a short 5 /10 minute walk to the old town and harbour of Kalkan.
We walked pretty much everywhere which is such a treat when you spend so much time travelling by car at home.
The hotel itself is absolutely ideal but what really makes this place so special is the owners and staff who are just so lovely (we especially enjoyed Tuna's company during our early evening drinks at the bar!) We were welcomed with a homemade birthday cake as it was my husband's birthday on the day we arrived and these personal touches, which are just not seen in larger hotels, continued throughout with a complimentary dessert one evening (which I now have the recipe translated into English just for us to try at home!) whilst enjoying a drink at the bar and "eggy bread" for breakfast! We were made to feel so welcome, greeted every day with a smile and nothing was too much trouble, including the owners and staff gathering to say goodbyes when we left at the end of our holiday.
We would highly recommend this hotel and if we have an opportunity to visit Kalkan again, we will definitely be back!

Room Tip: We had a superior room based on the reviews we had see before travelling - believe the doubles are...

Just got back from a wonderful week at this lovely, family-run hotel. Cannot praise it highly enough. The staff were so friendly and efficient and couldn't do enough for us. The room and entire hotel was absolutely spotless. The pool area was a delight, plenty of comfy sun loungers, and the gardens gorgeous. Breakfast was delicious every day. Just a short walk to all the fantastic restaurants, yet the hotel was peaceful and relaxing by day (and night). Would highly recommend a stay here. We intend to visit again next year.

I don't think we could have found a better hotel in Kalkan. Located close to the main drag (without the vertiginous uphill climb encountered by people staying in other hotels) Hotel Asiyan offered us everything we could have asked for. Welcoming, friendly, efficient service topped the bill. We stayed in a suite (room 205) overlooking the pool and pretty garden. Very clean and cool once the air con got going. The shower was fine and the hair dryer provided was quite adequate although there is a power point by the dressing table for your own. The lady who cleaned was very efficient and we would return from breakfast to find the room cleaned with fresh towels every day. The breakfast is typically Turkish and offers a selection of dried fruits, cold meat, cheese and cereals, natural yoghurt etc - very healthy. You can toat the delicious bread and there are pastries/cakes as well.
There are comfortable sunbeds by the sparkling pool which can be moved into the shade of the trees (the lovely staff are always on hand to help). We ate lunch at the hotel 3 or 4 times and the menu is just right for a light lunch - salads, omlettes, pasta washed down with a chilled beer or a glass of wine.
The staff are, to a man,(or woman!) so kind and will go out of their way to help you. Words cannot describe the friendly ambience.
If you are looking for a tranquil, well run boutique hotel look no further. The other guests all felt the same and many, like us, will return.
Thank you all at the Asiyan for making our holiday so special.

What a lovely find. My husband and I had one night here as staying in Olu Deniz but like to get around and see places on local transport.
Worth at trip. Kalkan is lovely, and this hotel is superb. Very clean and comfortable, lovely breakfast sat outside, nice pool, lovely owners and can't fault it. Only 14 rooms but away from the main road and with pretty gardens.
Recommend it 100%. Hope to return one day.

A very friendly boutique hotel run by a wonderful family, Husna & Nuri with their team, Zohal, Tuna, Epeac and Elif. The hotel, pool and garden are well looked after and very clean. The hotel is just off the main street and therefore very peaceful and relaxing. It takes only 2 mins to get to the main street where there are alot of restaurants to choose from. It feels like home from home except all the hardwork is done by the team caring for their guests. Requests are catered for and service is always with a smile. Definetley recommended to our friends & family and we also plan to return.

We had a wonderful stay here. Other than the beautiful yard and dinning area, it was the staff that made our stay so wonderful. Zohar and Tuna were so helpful and nice and helped us with booking travel as well as making suggestions about things to do. When we had made some travel/ booking mistakes, Zohar with the management went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of.
The location is perfect. Just off the main drag so it is quiet, but close enough to everything you need.
Highly recommend.
