this hotel is lovely, food excellent, and the lobbys and whole decor fab, entertainment was good enjoyed this, the sunbeds down by the beach with their covers are excellent, loads of places to just sit and chill out, pools really good, i can throughly recommend this hotel and would be happy to retun in the future.

Stayed here for 2 days just my wife and I. Place was full of Russians which made it interesting as we met some fun people. Beach was awesome! Rooms were nice and the room staff always left gifts out for us. Food was just ok at the main buffet but if you went outside they had a Mongolian grill and fried chicken station that were great. Staff was always friendly and helpful. There is free wifi but its painfully slow. Not a big deal as all I needed to do was send the odd email to family members. I would return here again.

We have just checked out after one week, and i am writing this very live reveiw in the lobby! It was my first visit here and i really enjoyed it.its truely world of wonders because u have 2 hotels to explore!there is two of everything!the lobbys are really elegant, the pool area is quite wide and lovely, the main restaurants are both very large with acceptable food variety.there are so so many good things about this hotel, but there are few things to say ...the animation team were very friendly and always had games and plans to entertain u,but everything is 90% russian!the karaoke night was just a disaster!the rooms are old,but the bed was clean, the rooms are not five star actually. To be honest i had fun and will be back 4 sure.

The nice thing about being a lecturer is that you know a lot of people and places almost non-stop. The bad thing is that from time to time you end up in places that would never be your choice. The Kremlin Palace has some 840 rooms and with its "brother" Topkapi Palace (< 900 rooms) that shares the same location, you have the potential of cohabiting with some 3000/4000 people. Last time I did something similar it was in my army days and many of the things actually reminded me of the army days.
If you go in the internet and see the photos you shall think that I am intolerant since the photos are so appealing that I felt like doing a reservation and going back. Well, don't trust photos. Even I look good in my internet photo.
The decor is kitsch with a Disneyland style reproduction of locations, with the difference that in the latter those reproductions are well maintained.
It is a destination of Russian mass tourism and actually the staff will address to you in Russian most of the time.
The buffet meals are an experience and that is not necessarily a compliment.
The facilities for the conference (rooms, etc) were OK.
Service? What can you possibly do when you have from 3000 to 4000 people in one place?
But individual exceptions do exist. The cleaning lady was always attentive, the lady in charge of opening the safebox would come almost promptly when the safe would not open and an advise: do get a waitress during the first day, tip her and just go to tables she is responsible for.
And a big red alert: avoid the SPA. I have invited by a sponsor for a massage and scrub bath and I can tell you that the lack of standards included putting three people (myself included) on a stone (marble?????) deck, almost one touching the other, and then one of the employee falling me down the hotel because he wanted prompt cash payment and my host he signed it to the room - this has included threatening me, which I do believe the person in question regretted. Enough or do you want more? Include it in the category of "100 places to be avoided"

Room Tip: Yes. Avoid it.

Everything about this place is great really. It really is a world of wonders!! Was almost two years ago that I stayed here, but it’s left a lasting impression.

Fabulous food, excellent drinks and cocktails (in the upstairs bar – they are very strong!), great staff, beautiful buildings. Nice touch to have a free drink (beer) from the mini bar each day. Lovely to have a very mixed international crowd of tourists.

Would say that the rooms could be doing with being updated slightly, bit old-fashioned compared to the grandeur of the lobby and the exterior of the buildings.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in and highly recommend it.

Room Tip: Found out on the last day that there’s speakers in the shower so you can hear whatever is on TV.

It was a great experience. The staff despite their weak English were very helpful. The hotel was amazing with many entertaining activities. Tennis, football and basketball courts. Beach volleyball. All included with snach meals in between. All soft drinks are free including the pool bar. The entertainment staff would never leave you bored. Every night there was a show at the hotel auditorium.

Stayed with a friend to get out of the winter weather back in England, the food was ok , you will not starve thats for sure, the animation team were great fun, thank you Burak Bilgin you made mine and Diana`s stay and hopefully we will see you again when the weather in England gets cold lol. The cocktail bar upstairs is by far the better bar.
