“Brilliant 2 Week Summer Holiday!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 11, 2013

We have just returned from our annual family summer holiday and can honestly say that we have had a wonderful time here.

All the staff were exceptionally considerate and helpful to us, especially Aliye, Hatiche and Halim. We were made to feel very welcome. Guest relations were always warm and friendly and everybody went beyond the call of duty to help us. They even found us an extra pushchair so we could enjoy evening walks whilst our young children slumbered into deep sleep as we pushed them by the sea air!

The outdoor pool was beautiful and clean with a very pleasant atmosphere. Pool side menu was good and it felt a real luxury to be waited on there! The tunnel to the beach was clean and safe.

Rooms were clean and very comfortable especially the jacuzzi! Air conditioning worked well, wifi was intermittent and the sea view was heavenly.

The buffet breakfast had a wide selection of foods with an omelette bar. The very attentive and friendly staff were always there to greet and serve us and lend a helping hand to carry the plates of food back to the table!

I couldn't have asked for more from a hotel!

Thank you Crowne Plaza Antalya for a lovely holiday!

I arrived at Crowne plaza in July 2013, I was welcomed with a big smile by the staff which followed through into the big atrium lounge reception. with a great architecture looks amazing from inside to outside. The receptionist were very helpful, spoke a very good level of English which highly impressed me. located about 7km away from the town centre, which included a big mall called (Migros AVM) which I recommend, including all brands for shopping, restaurants, and etc. a very large open swimming pool, which also has access to the beach at the same time.

Breakfast, lunch, dinner was also very impressive, staff were great and was very helpful, they always seem to be around to ask for drinks and etc. Like to thank part of the staff which I loved conversing with whilst on vacation, Eylem a young girl who was always smiling, which was very cute and kept everyone aware that she was always there. Hatice a lovely young lady who always made eye contact and did not fault anywere in her job role, with Alye was a good 3 combination working team who I assume was in charge of the restoran and bar staff. Like to thank Alye again for her love and appreciation she had for my family, and was always loving and adoring my niece whilst on vacation which showed a lot of love. A young guy at the bar called Mehmet was a good lad, who was a good conversater and was a good company talking to whilst having a drink at the bar. Irina at the reception desk who checked me in and out of the hotel room, and I thank the rest of the staff in the hotel. highely recommend this hotel if you want a 5 Star Vacation in Antalya, konyaalti area with a lot of touristic attractions, such as the Gulluk high street 8km away with loads of shops for souvenirs, gold, clothing, etc., beach 500 metres away, kaleici 12 km ( includes all nightlife, clubs for young people, bars, Retaurants. I recommend Club Ally's one of Antalya best open air clubs that you will see. great atmosphere, house music, hip hop, etc.

We stayed there for four nights. Everything was perfect quick check in with welcome drink which tasted very nice and check out, apart from slow room service and poor wifi signals only in the rooms which didnt bother us much because we didnt use both much. free use of sauna, steam room, gym and indoor pool,Very friendly staff. Highly recommended, will definately stay there again.

We stayed here for one week at end of June 2013 and booked Full Board. We did this through www.travelrepublic.co.uk as booking either direct through the hotels site or IHG.com doesn't offer you this option.
The hotel is a stones throw from the beach and all rooms have a sea view. We stayed in room 807, which is a junior suite, although this was one of the few rooms that did not have a balcony. The room was very large and had a modern bathroom.
The pool is very clean and fresh towels are provided pool side throughout the day.
The food is very fresh and a good selection of hot and cold buffet was always served. WiFi is also provided free of charge, but is slow on the higher floors.
The staff were always on hand to offer any assistance. We would like to make a special thanks to: Eylem, Harun, Erkan, Yusuf and Aliye. Every day these staff made us feel very welcome.
We will certainly visit Crowne Plaza Antalya in the future.

We absolutely loved the hotel. Everything was perfect about this hotel. Quick check in, seeview room. We were having breakfast and dinner at the pool. The buffet was perfect. There was even a wok cuisine. The stuff was just perfect, especially a guy named Musa Sedat Ufek. He spoke few languages, helping around. There was a mixed sauna in the -1 floor, and another one on the 10th floor only for woman, jacuzzi and stuff with the seaview. There was a restaurant on the terrace of the top floor, was just the perfect view of the sea. Easy access to the beach, thru the tunnel under the roadway. So we were so happy, didnt want to go back home. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone, you wont regret it. ACTUALLY THERE WAS A ONE MINUS, wifi was not working good, there was a poor signal on the rooms, same thing I was told by othere we settled in that hotel, But there were a comfy sofas on each floor, so we were just stepping out to use a wifi. BTW the signal was good just outta rooms.

Room Tip: Most of the rooms there a seaview, so if you are offered a seaview for extra money, just ignore it...

We stayed two nights at this hotel during a private two week tour of Turkey. This hotel is frequented by large tour groups and all inclusive vacationers but this was not a problem. The hotel is located some distance from the old city but quite close to the Antayla Museum. It is across the road from the sea and a tunnel provides simple and safe acess to a hotel area with towels and lounges. be warned - the beach is stones not sand.

The public areas are large and impressive and the pool area is great as well. We had a club room on a high floor with a view of the sea and beach. The room was large, clean and very comfortable - probably the best room on the trip. It had a king bed and a cot for my daughter. There was alarge, clean bathroom and a nice sitting area. The big hit was the small walk-in closet!

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The wi-fi was poor in the room but they are upgrading the infrastructure. It was excellent in the lobby. My wife had a Turkish bath in the spa and really enjoyed it.

The big downside is the food. The restaurant is set up for large tour groups and it was initially hard to find seating for three independent travellers but one of the folks took pity on us and found us nice tables for the rest of our stay. Meals included free beer and wine (not Efus beer though). However the food was bland and uninspired - chicken nuggets as a main dish at dinner??? I realize that many visitors are reluctant to try local cuisine but there should be some better choices reflecting the excellent variety of Turkish foods that we experienced elsewhere.

Room Tip: The sea view suites on the higher floors are worth the extra cost.

We visited as members of a tour group. The hotel looks impressive and in some ways lives up to the initial impression. The rooms are quite capacious and comfortable, but not outstanding. The restaurant offers indoor, average, and outdoor dining, very pleasant, but beware of smokers!! Reception staff were very pleasant and helpful.

The food is average, there's a lack of choice or quality, although the buffet of sweets/deserts were pretty good. The bar is in a very large foyer, bit like having a drink in Grand Central Station, not very cosy.

On the plus side there's a good size pool and access via tunnel under the road in front of the hotel to the beach, but beware the beach, on the Mediterranean, is pebbles, not sand, but in fairness my memory on that one maybe faulty, whatever, not inviting. The hotel is some way from the city of Antalya, not sure about transport , but taxis were relatively cheap. However there is little of interest within walking distance.

Room Tip: Go to the side of the building, it's quieter, and still has a view of the beach.
