“BAD ORGANISATION...”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed July 31, 2012

We stayed at this hotel for 10 days and I am sure we wont be back...

HOTEL
is beautifull and with better organisation it could be great.
- Every meal is problem because you are waiting in line, too long, to take something you want to eat.
- You are eating behind complete stranger beacuse tables are not separated.
- English language can not help you, because they speak only russion and german ?!

RECEPTION
- The worst I saw in my life! They dont speak english, even their manager is using hands to explain you something
- They call you in 3 am or 4am to wake you up, even if you didn't ask for it. "Sorry" and that's it.

STUFF
is very kind and polite but they doesn't speak english ... That is huge problem believe me...

POOL
is ok but organisation is bad... You cant get free place to put your towel anywhere.... People are jumping into the pool, throwing all possible floating props and bother you...There is noone to keep order in the pool.

The beach is beautiful, gritty sand, but the sea was generally dirty and I hated to bathe there

The bigest problem is disco in the open air. You cant sleep if your room is next to pool. By night your kidney is vibrating from strong and loud music, by day you can't rest because of big noise from the pool. Turkish animation team thinks if they are screaming and shouting that they are funny and amusing....

ANIMATION is disaster. Apsolutely disaster. They are boddering you when you are having meal. They go around you, clapping hands and shouting (again) and they are doing it every single night (dinner time).

So, important information is that a lot of Russians stays at this hotel. For me, that it is crutial information- I would never go to that hotel if I knew that.

I dont want to be missunderstand, but - I think that the Russians do not really understand the concept of all inclusive and it may be something that really bothers and annoys you.

I have to say that cleaning was perfect! Everyday you have clean towels, sheets, anything you need for bathroom, etc. They were very kind and servile, really, and that is the only bright point...

So, I dont recommend this hotel.

We have just come back from this amazing hotel.... we were supposed to be staying at another hotel ( Margarita ) which was double booked so we were upgraded to here and how glad were we !!! Firstly the bad points... The hotel is 99% russian german and polish guests...The transfer time was 3 1/2 hours... however it was well and truly worth it.
Now for the good points, Food served from 7,30 in the morning until 10 at night, Which was a mass of choice, no there was no bacon but do you go to turkey for a full english erm no i dont think so!! All inclusive Alcohol drinks served from 10am until midnight, local beer was quite strong not watered down in anyway shape or form, A multitude of soft drinks, apple, pineapple, orange, strawberry, blackcurrant, kiwi, ice tea, lemon tea milk and many others- these are all self service with lots of places around the hotel to get these from. The amount of fruit we endless grapes plums melons apples oranges everybody had plates full to take to the beack or eat by one of the beautiful clean pools. we have been to turkey 3 times in the last 12 months and have stayed in 3 beautiful hotels but this one has to be the best by far !! With 4 pools 6 bars and loads of entertainment...
The beach and jetty are fantastic with slides on the jetty into the sea, lots of sunbeds, huge cushions and chais lounges for everyone.
All the hotel staff were very friendly and very helpful, the hotel has around 2000 guests yet the barstaff knew what everyone wanted to drink, our drinks were often poured before we even got to the bar.
The hotel dog was very friendly wanting to jump off the jetty with holiday makers everyone makes a fuss of him, as for cats i only saw one the whole time we were there.
I cannot say how good this hotel was... We had the best time and would certainly go back there without question. Photographs will be uploaded.

Had a lovely time. The hotel was lovely and clean. The gardens are very pretty. Lots of friendly helpful staff who worked hard to ensure our stay was lovely. Food was enjoyable, with a wide variety. Had seen reviews before we went mentioning that most of the people staying there were russians but this in no way affected our holiday! The kids loved it, the pools were clean, lovely kids pool for young ones, slides were fun and the beach was lovely- not really sandy but not pebbles, could always find a sunbed and not even a minute walk away. Should mention that we were in the newest part of the hotel above the diamond bar and the rooms were lovely.
