Hotel is good, interior is good. rooms are also good, pools, kids pool, beach (normal), pierce . it's good because it's all new and feels fresh. frankly speaking that's why I chose this hotel. As for the rest:
1. TIP issue: there are tip boxes and tip glasses everywhere. at the reception, in the restaurant between cakes and soups... in the bar. Looks like everybody is desperately looking for tips, reminding you about that all the time.
2. Food was good with huge choice. it was TOOO MUCH,... however, everything tasted moderate and lacked SALT, garlic or any other strong tastes, which was not attractive for me, but I understand that it must be acceptable for everyone.... so ok.
Choice in juices was 0... only one kind (brand... that i never heard of) juice, which tastes like Zuko powder that I remember from my childhood. Fresh orange juice cost 2.5 EURO (in ultra all inclusive hotel.... :D).
3. The most annoying thing was that someone comes to you when you relax near the pool (and not only once) and offers you to buy massage in the hotel's spa center or a haircut... they are "kind and friendly" but want to make you buy that. I HATE those offers. it feels like you're in the street, not in a 5* hotel.
and in that luxury interior, they have a MARKET and (street type) clothes shop. that looks ridiculous.
4. MUSIC! they...Hotel is good, interior is good. rooms are also good, pools, kids pool, beach (normal), pierce . it's good because it's all new and feels fresh. frankly speaking that's why I chose this hotel. As for the rest:

4. MUSIC! they play same music over and over and over again. I think there is one responsible person for playlist and he never gets bored with those 10 tracks.
5. Limited hours on services are a bit more limited, e.g. towel service: you can return your beach/pool towel only from 17:00 to 19:00.. if you forget to return your towel, you have to use the same towel the other day, whole day until you don't return it in the evening and than take new ones the other day. :))) that did not seem very comfortable to me. but its just me.
6. the staff is kissing my 1 year old child ALL THE TIME, every time they see him. I know they express love, but what if I mind?! they kiss and pinch his cheeks, hands endlessly... it's annoying.
7. and also, it's not the part of the service, but the hotel is 2 hours drive from the airport. it was exhausting for me. especially with the baby.More
