Except for chef and a kitchen worker the other male staff are spooky and try to be intimidating with no smiles and sly grim looks, hanging around doing nothing much or leering at my step daughter, one guy seemed genuine until he started waving room keys and room number at me!!!. A manager followed, grabbed and tried to kiss our girl in the lift asking her to party on floor six, where they live...she was scared and crying with shock. A disgrace they have no respect.
The sitting/TV area was full of staff and local Turks, you couldn't sit if you wanted too.
Clean sheets but Stinking bedding with what looked like old blood and vomit on, we begged for fresh and was brought back the same dingy bedding ..I threw it in the hall, and waited 2 days for fresh. An old eye lash was stuck in the shower cubical walls, missing glass shelf in the bathroom, its brackets stuffed with tissue paper,(stinking bathroom), curtains fell down off badly bodged hanging rails, wobbly chairs and tables, tripping hazards and tatty grass effect matting, in pool area, broken old Sun loungers, dirty, dull pool, Nothing for kids. kids pool concreted in. Food was basic and not hot enough, re-used a lot the next days, chipped mugs and glasses, Frothy Beer and cheap Vodka, Gin if they had it, was the drink choice and always running out "DO NOT TRY THE WINE! No atmosphere at all, you felt guilty for having a drink, I drank water most of the time and that tasted funny.....We all had stomach problems and my fella still has vomiting and diarrhea,.... But nice oppressed female staff. Spoilt our holiday :( :(
