location brilliant ,close to beach and bars ,restraunts and plenty of shops .room okay but not enough space for your clothes and only 4 coat hangers.hotel was clean couldnt fault that.staff very friendly and helpful.now onto the food and drink ,where do we start.breakfast was same most days ,no toast or fresh fruit juices dilute only .dont expect an english oriented one.lunch was okay plenty of pastas an salads to choose from.evening meal only one hot choice but again plenty of pastas and salads .then the dreaded drinks, wine okay but not the best ,beer was watered down, coke was cheap stuff out a large bottle.hot drinks take your own tea bags they dont do tea.thas hotel should not be classed as all inclusive as they dont provide entertainment ,no lounge area and you are moved from your table at nine thirty and have to sit outside by the pool or as most people were doing going some where else and having to pay for your drinks but if you did stay the staff made you feel uncomfortable they didnt want you to be there.had a brilliant holiday as weather was v hot but definitly wouldnt stay at this hotel again and wont recommend to anyone else.

Room Tip: ask for a room in block :A: lift,an seaview

Ifyou think your holiday is booked and done -dont bank on it.A usual occurence is that hotel is overbooked on our arrival early hours of morning we had to spend the 1st nite in another hotel some people had to spend 2 nights in other hotel.WE HAD TO BE OUT OF THAT ROOM BY 11AM AND DID NOT GET OUR BOOKED ROOM TILL 2PM.Although rooms were clean the food was disgusting and 2 days into our hol we got food poisoning keeping us in our room for 2 days. After which although all inclusive decided to eat out for rest of hol paying extra money for food that we should not have had to.On last day we wanted to keep our room on as we were not leaving till 9pm and yet once again could not as yes you guessed it-OVERBOOKED.I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy!!!!

The Hotel was a perfect location right across the road from the beach. it was clean, the hotel staff was all misrable un helpfull 2 blocks we was in the one on the backs on top of a load music pub that dident stop untill last person left sometimes 3am in the morning. the food was discusting what was left in the afternoon was discised it self for the tea time breakfast at 8am dont go any earlier will not let you plenty of bread to choose from nothing cooked plenty of tomatoes and cucumber and jam and egg. they say all inclusive is more like haif board no chips nothing in between for kids, and the drink is wine vodka gin raki and water down beer it was the worst hotel i wouldent recomment this to any one

hotel nice and clean. across the road to the best part of the beach. staff very helpful, ask for something and it's done at once.food is plentiful with lots of veggie and pasta dishes (though i would have liked more meat dishes).Hotel was all inclusive and we only got entertainment once in the week, hotel could have done more on the entertaining side, but there are some bars in the area if you want a change.for what we paid we got a bargain holiday

Room Tip: just ask, we asked for lower room and got one

After reading previous reviews of the Klopatra Life we went with a very low expectation and quite aprehensive about our stay.

We had a 5 hour transfer from the airport due to the driver getting lost...so by the time we arriv at 5am we just wanted a bed. We were greeted by a very pleasent man who checked us in and gave us our bands. We were holding out for the key but the receptionist explained there had been a small problem. We thought that the pool was out of action or the kitchen had a problem but we were informed they had no rooms for us. It wasn't the best of start and they checked us into a neighbouring hotel. We were greeted with a room directly above the pool which was noisy and had single beds. As a young couple it wasn't ideal.

When we did finally check in were were compensated with a room which still had single beds but a sea view. The rooms were noisy and on our final night we were kept awake by a couple playing their music so loud we could hear it clearly through the walls. The music around the pool isn't great either and can be too loud when you are eating. The beds were ok, but only one pillow.

The rooms are small and we had to live out of our suitcases for 2 weeks. There is no fridge and you are requested not to take any food from outside onto the premesis!! Which leads me onto the food.

It is very repetative and some parts can be quite tasty. Breakfast is ok but no toast!! Lunch and Dinner are pretty much the same... they tend to batter a lot of vegetables which are served cold. We often noticed that food that was on the hot plate at dinner was served for lunch the next day. The drinks are well, they aren't good. I drank juice and water the whole 2 weeks. The beer was watered down and only came in a small glass and the wine could have fueled my car. We did find a hotel not to far away that did nice kebabs. And the restaurants in the town are good. There was no tea available and when we asked for milk we were laughed at!! The coffee was adequate but in very small cups.

The staff were ok - some of them friendly - some of them not. The reception staff (apart from the lad who checked us in) are quire ignorant.

The location is great and the beach is the nicest stretch by far. The climb to the castle is good and the walk into town is nice too.

On the whole we enjoyed our holiday to turkey but we won't be coming back to this hotel. It really needs some changes making.

Hmm u do get what you pay for!!!! we stayed here from 1st Oct-8th Oct 10 rooms were clean everday, very hard uncomfortable beds, shower was ok ish but needed a new shower head as when it was on it soaked everything, we had a family room so 2 balconys but both were small, food not great plenty of it but repetative if you like BATTERED BRUSSELL SPROUTS, cold potato wedges you'll be ok , if your english take your own tea bags as the tea was vile stewed in a tea urn all day long yuk, and when i asked for milk at lunchtime for a cuppa i was told NO, so i complained to the head waiter/manager, at one time we had to sit on sunbeds to eat our food as no room, this Hotel would be good for self catering as too small for all inc, and when you go across the road to the lovely beach DONT expect all inclusive there as you have to pay for sunbeds, parasols, and food and drink!!!!! very strange, Turkey is not cheap anymore we went out to eat although we were A/I and a cocktail was £10.00, some of the waiters were nice but the barman couldnt raise a smile and it was the only bar in the hotel , we Like Turkey but not this hotel.
