travelled out for a week 10th-17th October, we arrived just after 11am, porter unloaded our bags from the taxi and took them to the reception and then later to our rooms, reception staff were great and sorted our pool view rooms straight away, unfortunately that's where the great service ended.
Pool area was lovely, pool was quite cold though bit of a shock to the system, pool staff were great as long as you tipped them a little to stay attentive, you could hire towels from reception for 10dn approx £4 which you got back on return. However the smell round the pool which came from the beach smelt of sewers, the beach which was just across the road was full of smelly seaweed and camel poo, which stunk to high heaven, which made the chill out by the pool unpleasant, I believe they have cleared it down the beach, If only this hotel had done the same.
They served pizza , pasta, chips and crepes at the pool bar from 15:30hrs - 17:00hrs which was the best food they served all day.
Entertainment staff worked hard all day with aqua gym, darts, table tennis. Bingo when weather wasn't so great, we had a day or so of rain and thunder storms.
Bar staff inside terrible, if you had an all inclusive band on you got ignored, then when they did serve you , you never got what you asked for, cocktails thrown together, no cocktail ever the same. It seemed if all inclusive you got served beer from the tap at the back of the bar which was watered down rubbish which was full of gas. At one point they were noted filling up a paid coca cola bottle with cheap rola cola as they spilt it, which was soon rectified but denied. No diet drinks or baileys on all inclusive you had to pay. Ruined our holiday experience
Food wasn't good, breakfast was ok and passable , dinner and tea was just cold stodgy food, no seasoning , had to continuously ask for butter for the bread. Staff were very sloppy and didn't understand a lot of what we were saying We went out to eat 6 nights out of 7 due to this fortunately it's cheap to eat out. Beautiful restaurants near the marina , which is 5 minutes walk down the front, great food and beautiful location
Medina for the shops about 5 minutes walk full of fake things but at cheap prices, you just have to haggle however there is some rude people and can feel harassing at times.
I went for a manicure at the Spa in the hotel, can't fault the service I got in there, it was a little difficult explaining what I wanted as the English wasn't great but I got what I asked for and treated nicely
All in all, great looking hotel but let down by the poor service, most of the staff need sacking and people who have some respect hired. Not a 5 or 4* , 3* at most.

Thank you very much for choosing Vincci Hotels and for sending your comments and feedback regarding your experience in our establishment. We are pleased to know that our hotel and some of the staff were all to your liking. Surely our guest´s satisfaction is our reason to be and what we work for every day in our chain.
However, we regret that we did not meet all of your expectations and that you were not entirely pleased with specific aspects of your stay. In this regard we would like you to know that we take note of each and every guest´s observations, complaints, suggestions and comments always with the aim of improving.
We would like to clarify that we have available to our guests a wide buffet with a bigvariety of salads, sauces and condiments, soups, hot dishes, side dishes, 4 show cooking and a buffet of home made desserts and fruits. It's a shame that all this didn't please you.
We are at your complete disposal for whatever you need and again would like to reiterate that we will bear close in mind your feedback in order to improve.
