“Excellent value family beach holiday”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 4, 2014

Quieter than its sister hotel Vincci Nozha next door, this was a good value hotel with very good service and very clean. The beach was very good, pool had enough deckchairs, constant entertainment, kids club etc.

We arrived and they didn't have a room for us, so put us in hotel next door for the night. When we finally got our room, we were given a bottle of wine, bottle of water + a plate of fruit, not sure if this was because of mix up of the room or its your welcome pack. The staff were amazing + work very hard. We found the food ok, but due to the amount of Germans staying there, they seem to cater for them. My children didn't go to the childrens club as they all spoke in German + my children couldn't understand them so wasnt interested in going. The security on the beach is well run as he does keep the 'sellers' from pestering you to buy there goods. Was a lovely place, but would not go back with children as nothing for them.

The hotel was very nice , the reception and dining staff very helpful . The location was perfect , on the beach with an excellent beach bar . The food was fine , couldnt complain , but nothing to rave about . The sea was warm and of course the weather hot ! But it never felt uncomfortable and the air con helps you get a good nights sleep . the entertainment was ok typical family holiday stuff , the downside is theres nowhere to go other than your hotel , of course this is not a complaint about the hotel , rather the resort (or lack of one ) I cant think of a reason to travel so far for a holiday , I`m used to going for a walk into resort centres for a drink whether I`m all inclusive or not but theres nowhere to go here. so i wont be going back , I dont see the point when spain , etc are closer and have a lot more to offer than just a hotel . Also some of the bar staff are quite rude and openly flirting with the married women and even asking them to go for a drink with them - not what you`d expect !

This was our third time in Tunisia, we preferrered Sousse or Port el Kantuoi as more livelier at night.
The hotel was spotless, We arrived on 10th oct for a week, the weather was a bit mixed, the beach bar was great for a snack but after our 2nd day it was closed for the season, the pool bar had snacks but were quickly taken and the older barman was very grumpy!!
Our waiter at evening was great ''mohaamad'' he had our table ready for us everynight with our drinks, on the last night he scattered petals on the table ,it was a nice touch,we give him 5 dinar everynight and 10 dinar on our last night, it was worth it to get the same table and his service was very good.
I went for a massage which was nice but the girl didn't talk much until the end , looking for a tip no doubt!
Our room was lovely and cleaned every day the maid was good at making shapes with our p.j's,ha-ha,
great view from room 3157.
We didn't go to the entertainment, just had a few drinks in the evenings.
We took a taxi to the medina, taxi driver returned to pick us up at a certain time which was good.
It's a new airport but the queues are worse than ever, it's very frustrating they are in no hurry to get you through custom's.
Overall the hotel was nice, food was nice but don't think I would go back to Hammemet, the Port is more active in the evenings.
The kitten's were a delight to watch!!

When we arrived they weren't expecting us and the hotel was fully booked. It was late and they put us in the hotel next door (Vincci Nozha Beach) for the night. We went back the next day and were told that they might have a room for us but they didn't know who was checking out! Luckily someone left about 10am and we got their room, but it wasn't serviced until that afternoon, the people before us had literally just left.
That experience put us on the back foot to start but apart from that it really was a nice hotel with only a few niggles. Our room was spacious and clean and in very good condition, with a decent air-con. The food was very nice and probably one of the best all-inclusives that i have been too. There were 3 meals a day and snacks at the pool and beach bar, but we stuck to the main restaurant. The main bar was also very nice and we sat outside most evenings.
There is an entertainment team, but we couldn't work out what most of them did! The entertainment mostly didn't start until 9.30pm and was very, very loud. Our room was at the front of the hotel and when the entertainment was by the pool the noise was bearable, but when they moved it to the main outside bar at the front of the hotel it was so loud we couldn't hear the TV and sleeping was difficult, it went on until about 11 to 11.30pm-so no early nights without ear plugs and no hope of any sleep for kids! Also the entertainment was a bit pants, the drag act was just 2 guys in dresses miming to various songs. There was also bingo and audience participation in some embarrassing dancing amongst other things.
The staff were mostly very nice, just the occasional member (a few of the younger staff) who either didn't want to be very helpful or liked to mess about and could be a bit lechy over the girls (even those in couples), but they were very much in the minority. The pool and beach were lovely and clean, but apart from that there isn't much around the hotel, you need to get a cab into Hammamet or Nabeul. Overall i would recommend the hotel, just take ear plugs!

Room Tip: Avoid rooms overlooking any of the bars.

Well, we want to speak about our experience in hotel "ROYAL NOZHA",we could say that the word "excellent" resume our stay in this hotel. We've passed a great three nights from 26 to 29 September. We've found everything as we wish; pleasant reception, smily persons, spacious room and clean, the calm, and various dishes.the hotel is located in a strategic and wonderful place; it has a sweet swimming pool.In front of it, and through a beautiful garden you will find a large and magnificent sea shore, wow!!
There is an interesting thing that we've found is the hospitality form all the group of "Royal Nozha", and we especially want to thank Mr Samir Safi and Mrs Sabah for their excellent treatment and we have felt as we are at the second home.
Finally we'd like (Abdennebi and Metidji) to thank you again and we hope to come back next year.
