“A jewel of a spot - near the airport”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 9, 2013

We loved our 1 night stay at the Perennial Resort. The owners collected us from the airport and ensured a very comfortable stay. The rooms were a treat - we loved the space and decor. Our 3 young children enjoyed the lovely garden between the villas which has been designed beautifully. Great stay and very easy if you need a place to stay close to the airport. Highly recommend this place!

We spent our first night in Phuket here as our plane didn't land until about 23:00. We were picked up from the airport and taken to the resort, which is only about 1.5KM away. Our room was the Honeymoon suite, which was quite cheap and very spacious. This consisted of a bungalow with a living room, bed room with large ensuite bathroom that contained a wooden bathtub and separate shower. There is also free WiFi and a well manacured garden. Breakfast was included with the choice or an eastern or western style. The food was very nice and the service from the time we were greeted at the airport was faultless. There is no pool, however a nice unpopulated beach is only 500m away - which you can choose to walk or ride a bicycle provided by the resort. There is a bit of airport noise but we didn't notice it during the night as the AC was running. We wouldn't hesitate to have another overnight stay there when we return to Phuket.

We had a great stay here. 3 villas on the property which made it small and cosy. Owners were very welcoming and friendly. They ensure that our stay was comfortable by offering to drive us out to dinner to dropping us off to the airport to delivering breakfast right to our doorstep. We will definitely be back next time. Thank you perennial for having us :)

We came to Phuket to explore the region, not for the beach scene. This lovely Inn, near the airport, was perfect. For about $100 per night, we had a lovely, spacious, modern three room bungalow with AC, deep wooden bathtub and separate shower, TV, small fridge and kitchen sink, good WiFi, and a beautiful yard. Hot breakfast is included (served in your room) with choice of American, Thai, continental. I had the Thai which was a green chicken curry soup, rice, fried egg, fresh mango, and juice...yum! Wife just had croissants and fruit, quite nice. It's literally 1/4 mile from the entrance to the large uncrowded beach and there were free bicycles there to borrow (we rented a car). The young couple who own it couldn't have been more friendly, helpful, and charming. They will even pick you up at the airport. Some nearby construction and airport noise, occasional power outage, but we were gone all day so no problem. I wish they had a pool but otherwise a great place!

I went here in August together with 5 other friends of mine. There are !!!! greatest thing about Perennial that I just could not forget.
1. The design of the Villa is so beautiful which combines perfectly between Thai traditional style and modern Western style. I love everything in this resort from the big garden to the tiny small bathgel container. The bathroom is so pretty with curtain and wooden bathtub that would certainly lighten you up. Besides, the bathroom is well divided into 4 sections: toilet, sink + makeup stand + clothes hanging area + bathtub + modern shower. Isn't that great?
2. As I said when you rent a villa you have the whole house for you from living room, bedroom, small kitchen section, bathroom + private back yard only with 70$. So great value for such quality.
3. The service was outstanding with very lovely staffs aka the owner of the resort. They are very supportive and helpful, they helped me bargain with the island tour we booked. They gave me a birthday cake when I and my friends were having a small bbq in the garden without our asking for it.
4. The location is very close to the airport which takes you only 10 minutes to get there. So the perfect plan for the trip should be 2 night stay in Patong to enjoy every fun + nightlight activities and 2 nights at perennial resort as a retreat. I'm sure you won't forget it.
5. Takes you 5 mins to walk to nearby beach which is really natural and untouched. You can go there in the afternoon to watch sunset which is gonna be great.

Room Tip: They have 3 villas and every villas are just perfect.

This hotel was such a pleasant surprise. We had an early flight the next day and arrived at this hotel around 8pm the night before. It was so lovely, we wished we could have stayed for longer. The couple that owns it was so welcoming and lovely. The villa was absolutely gorgeous.

We stayed here for one night since we had flights the next day. Our family had 2 of the 3 villas that the property has. They are very big, very nicely decorated and have very comfy beds. They are some of the nicest villas we have stayed in anywhere in the world. The young couple that run the place are extremely helpful. One of them got up and drove part of the family to the airport at 5AM. When we were out walking to see the beach and we got caught in a rainstorm the owner kindly drove around until he found us an offered us a ride back. We had dinner in our rooms from the comprehensive room service menu which the owners arranged for us and it was pretty cheap and good. The villas a very close to the airport, maybe a 700 or 800 metre walk. If it had a pool it would be nice to stay a day or two longer. Definitely the best close to airport accommodation.
