“A beautiful beach”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 9, 2013

Nai Yang Beach is lovely it has some really good local restaurants where you can sit with your toes in the white sand and look out over ocean. It is quite near to the airport and is well worth a visit and is suitable for all age groups. The sea is very shallow so it makes it a safe place for young children. At the the other end of the beach is the National Park and there is a coral reef just off the shore

“Only one thing spoilt it”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 21, 2013

Nai yang is a fabulous little village situated near the Airport in the National Park. There are lots of Restaurants and massage places in the street and the ambiance is like Thailand used to be 15 years ago, long before Patong became so busy & noisy & horrible. The Restaurants are fabulous. There is only one thing that spoilt our 10 days here and that was ONE selfish bar owner, Wat's Bar, played LOUD music every night from Midnight through until 4am whether he had any people in the bar or not. We had to ask to be moved further away from the road as it was so loud and distorted, it kept us awake all the first night. People don't stay at Nai Yang for loud music they stay there to GET AWAY from that sort of rubbish. This bar owner should be asked to turn it down or turn it off or leave this peaceful little village and stop disturbing the one thing that people stay at Nai Yang for - Peace & quiet !!!

“A different phuket”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 15, 2013

I didn't quite like Phuket because of Patong. But Naiyang changed my impression of Phuket. It is quiet. There are restaurants that locals go to for dinner. The tables and chairs are on the beach/sand. I drank Thai beer and watched the sun set.
There are massage shops and hostels along the stretch of the beach. There are pubs by the beach as well, where locals visit.

“Imperial Adamas, at Phuket beach, 15min from Phuket airport”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed September 15, 2013

The beach is not so clean. It is near the airport. You need a taxi to get there. Taxis are very expensive in Phuket.
