Villas were pretty clean. I would definitely recommend this place for families. Though it is away from the sight-seeing points, taxis are easily available from this resort to move around.

There are some tour operators nearby. We did our Phi Phi Island tour through an operator who was located next door.

Not in the best location but great if you want to visit the marina. Rooms are huge and staff very helpful. Swimming pool is excellent. Breakfast was poor but it was catering to the numerous Chinese tour groups that were there. It did the job and is not half as bad as others make out it is.

Good points is that there are a few little local restaurants to eat breakfast and dinner in the resort area. The food at the hotel/resort restaurant isn't worth looking at, although for westerners there is eggs, fruit, and bread. It's best to either eat out or go shopping at the grocery store. The rooms (condos) are clean and we get free maid service every day. The pool is big and is a 5-minute walk from the condo. The hotel rooms are on the pool area. There is a shuttle to bring you to and from the lobby of the hotel but they run about 10 minutes late. You get there faster just walking.
Bad points: the business center is just three computers in the middle of the noisy lobby, there are huge rats but my husband says it's because we're in a marina near water (still!), they want to charge us $4 for each dirty washcloth they couldn't get clean from when we washed our feet after adventuring one day (this is not to buy new ones), the wifi is only guaranteed to work in the lobby and if you sit in there right chair at the pool you might get it to work out there. We have been able to get the passwords of the local restaurants and we sit there and use theirs. They're very friendly and helpful!! There is no transportation service to/from the hotel. Taxis run about $10-25 each way. You can rent a car for the day for about $25 or a driver for 6 hours for about $30-36/day, which is the better choice in our opinion. They drive on the left side of the road. Not all taxi drivers know where you're going or how to get there. It can take a lot longer in lots of traffic and sometimes on very bumpy roads. Get a driver or rent a car!
Oh yes, the kitchen only has 4 spoons, forks, bowls, coffee cups, plates of two sizes, a hot water pot, a microwave, a small fridge, and a two burner stove.

Room Tip: All rooms have the same view of the marina and have good walking access to a few little cafés and re...

Not only there is no elevator. Not only, breakfast is absolutely dreadful. But if you walk around the place, rats are so big they can help you lift your luggage. Avoid staying there. Although if you need to be in that part of Phuket there is other choice

I stayed here for 3 nights whilst attending a conference. The one and only good thing about this hotel by some distance is its huge swimming pool – it’s set in a nice garden and you can actually get some serious lengths in which is just as well given the state of the gym! Overall however it was a disappointing experience and I know that there are a lot better places available for the same kind of money. The location is not great and it’s in a cocooned complex with overpriced restaurants, there’s nothing “authentically Thai here”, no street vendors selling food and fruit (they are obviously banded from doing so) – in fact no local Thais at all except workers in the complex and all surrounded by luxury boats this makes it all quite unreal! The staff weren’t exactly rude, but the normal Thai smile and hospitality wasn’t there either. The self-service breakfast was very poor a hotel of this type. The gym is located outside the complex it’s big but no AC and very dated and badly serviced equipment. It looks a lot nicer in pictures and overall fails to live up to its potential – I would steer clear of this place.

We turned up at the hotel wanting one night's accommodation. Reception were not helpful and said hotel was full. We booked a room straight away on Internet with no problems. Room was pleasant enough, spacious with good views over the marina and a nice selection of fruit on the table. The air conditioning was not working properly and the room was very hot. The mattress was very hard as was the one pillow. Bed sheets had holes in them. Bathroom was very small and tired with mould on the grout and shower head above the bath which was difficult to get in and out of. A lot of building noise during the day with a jack hammer ruining the peacefulness around the pool. The pool area was nice and the lunch food was OK. Beware there are large groups of people, conferences and weddings which descend on the hotel and swamp the checkin area and restaurant. Breakfast was a buffet style and was OK, although there were hundreds of conference delegates queuing for breakfast. We did have a sickness bug that day, but can't say for sure if it was related to hotel food. The down stairs toilets were blocked and dirty. We took the bathroom shampoos with us when we checked out, something we do and haven't had a problem with in other hotels. The chamber maid obviously reported down to front desk and we were made to feel embarrassed I front of other guests by check out staff and had to hand them back or pay 200bht each. Hotel was reasonably priced. Overall impression was that we would not go back there again, which is a shame because it could be a very nice hotel. We only used it as we were using the marina the next day and there are very few alternatives close by on this side of the island. Signage was poor finding the marina from the main road.
