We stayed there for five nights while on a combination business and pleasure trip in Phuket. For 800 Bhat a night, including Breakfast, its a great deal. Thomas the manager was VERY accomodating of requests, including driving us at standard taxi rates, dinner recommendations, and such. The only hot water in the bathroom is the shower, and the entire bathroom is also the shower stall (so toilet paper gets wet if not removed,) but the rooms are comfortable. Internet service - 802.11G wireless - was free for us, but ranged from good (mostly in the morning or late at night,) to completely down. The pool was very nice, and the restuarant/bar was basic but very comfortable. Minibar had the lowest prices I've ever seen. If you're on a budget - or just not too fussy and want a GREAT deal, I'd highly recommend the Big A. We sailed with Horst on his sailboat, and that was great as well.
