Stayed here for 2 nights in the wet season. It was very quiet and had to ask a couple of times for someone to serve at the bar.
The room was adequate but nothing special.
Luckily we booked through Agoda so got a cheaper rate.
It's a little way out of the town but they put on a bus (flat bed truck) service into town

We stayed for three nights in the Pool access room. The room was overall great with direct access to the pool and definitely clean. Breakfast in the hotel is just average serving the normal toast, bacon and eggs plus some fruits. Nothing really to cheer about as more less every decent hotel serves same or better.

But... there is one thing that this hotel is doing absolutely wrong, which is customer service attitude. Some of the staff at the reception obviously have no idea, what means good customer service. Certain staff treated customers (including us) very rudely. I would think that a good hotel staff should be friendly, patient, helpful and understanding and unfortunately none of these qualities apply this place.

So yes, this is a great 4 star hotel with a 1 star service attitude. I'm not saying that all the staff is like that but unfortunately the image for the hotel can be easily spoiled by a few bad ones...

Stayed here for five nights on arrival having booked prior to coming to phuket.we weren't disappointed. Staff and room were ok. Room was big and direct access to the pool. Good value for the price . A short walk to kata but not too far . Hotel provides free shuttle to kata beah in the day which is also useful. Breakfast very limited but enough to keep you going.

We stayed here only for 2 nights. Great for family as the room are huge enough - at very affordable price (Damn cheap actually if i compare to Malaysia's room rate as am from Malaysia). There are 11 of us so we've booked 2 standard villa and 2 pool access room.

We arrived around 5pm at the airport and we opt for the villa's airport pickup at very reasonable price. THB1300 for 11 person. We stop by at the Pathong first to have dinner and the driver were so nice to wait for us.

They did provide welcome drink at the reception. We checked in around 9pm and as we have room with pool access, we jumped in for a quick swim. My mom and my aunt had massage at the hotel-nearby the public pool..We had so much fun staying at the hotel.

We also rent 5 bikes to move around in the Phuket - THB 200 perday but it is cheaper to rent it outside. But petrol is quite expensive compared to Malaysia. Phuket is not so big so if we can easily move around the island by our own - by bike/car.
