Wonderful hotel ... Great buffet breakfast .... Staff are very friendly and helpful. It's very good for family in patong. Connected with jungceylon shopping mall and very close to many restaurants along patongs busy streets.

we spent 10 days in Christmas, the hotel is located in Patong bay, in Jungceylon area. we did not like Patong, too many night clubs, but the hotels is nice and very good hospitality. Be aware that rooms facing the Jungceylon commercial mall can be very noisy. the rest is very clean and we loved the fresh Thay fruit at breakfast. The tour operator in the hotel lobby is very expensive we used the one in the commercial area

Stay in the cavana room at this hotel from 8 Dec to 15 Dec, the location is great and the staff is friendly and helpful. And most impressed me is one of the staff from the restaurant Ms. Noi, she seem to know and recognize most of the hotel guest and she even know what you going to drink (coffee or tea) during breakfast. That really bright up your day, a big thumb up for this young lady.
But the disappointing part is the wifi, always breakdown and lots of mosquito in the room. Hope the management can look into these two issue.
After all have a nice stay there especially with all the friendly and helpful staff.

I just returned from patong and can honestly say that this hotel was fantastic. To be honest we felt it was to good. I travelled with 3 other males aged 23 and our main problem was the lack of other tourists our age. But besides that the hotel is located 1 min walk to bangla road, u have the mall connected and tours are easily accessible to set up. Would definatly stay here again and will begin planning for next year eventually!
