This hotel is 5 star all the way, with customer service that is an example for others to strive for!
I have stayed in Patong before and highly recommend BYD Lofts to all those looking a for hotel there, I now won’t go anywhere else. I was greeted upon arrival in Patong by their driver who showed us to their Mercedes Benz where chilled towels and water awaited us. The fantastic driver then introduced us to Phuket on the trip to the hotel. What a nice touch
We were greeted by the doormen and reception staff in the most professional and friendly manner and promptly shown to our suite, which we lucky enough to have upgraded!
The suite itself was beautifully appointed, with the linens & facilities etc, all 5 star which we loved. The hotel itself is ideally situated in a quiet street, within minutes of the beach, bars, restaurants and shopping area.
We had room service on several occasions and the food choice, taste, freshness and service was impeccable. The on-site restaurant is also very nice and is good value for money, as is their wine bar.
I really can't say enough - from providing directions to local attractions/restaurants - to keeping extra luggage for us while we travelled to other areas of Thailand, even finding our things waiting for us in our suite when we returned to our "home away from home" .
There is also a beautiful pool which we wish we had more time to enjoy. I will definitely stay with BYD Lofts on our next trip to Phuket and will recommend it to anyone!
