This establishment can easily be compared with the 4's and 5 star place. Staff there is very helpful and kind with always a smile at their faces and will mostly go an extra mile to help you. Especially their manager. We arrived at the resort after almost 12 hours of journey from Bangkok and were relieved to see the room. Beds were nicely made with a great view outside the balcony. Bathrooms were also clean with enough hot water for two of us. They have a service of rent a bike and you can rent the bike for just 200 Bhat per day which is the most cost effective way of traveling if you are in Patong. There are three beaches in just 20-30 minutes ride (Patong commonly known as the freedom beach, Karon and Kata Noi). We stayed there for two nights and we loved it. The resort restaurant offers many things but my personal favourite is the English Breakfast. If you are planning to go to Phi Phi Island make sure you book in advance and ask the manager to book your ferry trip cause you cannot have the ticket unless your hotel makes the booking. Also the manager helped us their and negotiated a discount for return trip.
Go for it gives you value for money.

I stayed here for just one night. I left my charger at another hotel the previous night but was going to spend the whole day on a trip to Phi Phi islands (over-rated and over-crowded).
The hotel staff agreed to look after my luggage and even contacted the previous hotel to enquire if my charger was there! When I got back from my trip, my luggage was intact and also they had managed to make contact about my charger. They were surprised when I tipped them as well.
The room was clean and spartan, good enough for my stay as I didnt plan to stay in the room long. Not exactly luxury but it was definitely clean - very important for me.

Room Tip: my partner couldnt sleep because of the partying going on above. Bring earplugs?

This hotel is in a great spot, less than 10 minute walk from the main road/night market, less than 20 to the walking street/beach. Accross the street from the 24 hour Family Mart which Is convenient.

Staff were friendly and helpful. They couldn't book the train for us but I'm sure could book day trips and other things.

Room was nice, cleaned up every day, nice big fridge. Bathroom is a wet room, very low water pressure and it would drop quite a bit. Plumbing is loud. But clean and functional and private.

It was a great place to stay, can't beat the price and location!

The rooms are clean and well decorated. The charge for an extra bed for children was the most reasonable we found in the area (most charge up to 50% of the room rate).

The staff are welcoming and friendly, and the pool and common areas well maintained.

Food in the restaurant is delicious, especially the breakfasts.

It is within walking distance of the main bar and shopping strip, although the beach is a bit further - we eventually moved closer to the beach, but kept coming back for the delicious breakfast.

Room Tip: The pool facing rooms are quieter than the street facing rooms

We stayed here for 4 days as part of our travels around Thailand. We loved this hotel, the rooms were amazing, very clean and cool. The pool was brilliant! A great way to cool off and it's shaded after 3 pm so if your sunburnt you can still enjoy the pool, to be honest we liked the pool more than the beach! Patong beach was ok, it was a 15/20 minute walk from Palm view, in the heat and traffic- not that great. But this meant you can sleep at night!

We have just spent four weeks at Palmview Resort. The staff are excellent, like one big happy family. Always smiling and ready to assist and help. Thank you to all of them. Especially Pou and Pensee who kept spoiling us with little treats. Best value for money accommodation in Patong. Rooms are spotless, thoroughly cleaned every day, also clean bedding and towels every day. Restaurant downstairs was also excellent, food was always something to look forward to and reasonably priced.
The hotel only has 20 rooms so it is not terribly luxurious, but you will not find better value for money anywhere. No hesitation in recommending this hotel.

Our stay at Palmview Resort was Amazing! We stayed a total of 7 days/nights and the hotel staff was very courteous and attentive to all of our needs. The hotel is 10 minutes away from the market, shopping, and bar strip! An extra 5 minute walk to Patong Beach! We were able to rent a scooter directly from the hotel and venture out to do some sight seeing. Plenty of restaurants near the hotel to have authentic Thai food. Overall my stay in Phuket Thailand is amazing! I recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Patong Beach!
