“Interesting and comfortable”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 25, 2012

Comfortable, spacious, green, balcony large with jacuzzi. Great walk-in shower, lovely quality bath towels.
Gym good and often empty.
Shuttle service to Patong excellent.
Staff very helpful and courteous.
Restaurant disappointing although with Patong so close little need to eat there.
Car parks close to units very handy as so often in Patong there is little space to park our car at hotels.

Room Tip: Our villa was on lower level, upstairs guests heavy footed and jacuzzi on their balcony very noisy...

Pros:
+ Great pools; there are three pools altogether and it was never crowded. Additionally, at the big family pool towards the hotel entrance you can use the spa for changing and a quick shower.
+The property is very clean and the staff are very friendly, we had no problems there.
+ We stayed in a suite (room A202) with a fantastic view of Patong. The walls were a little thin from the living room to the next room but it wasn't a major problem.
+ The suite was very spacious with two bathrooms and a kitchen. There were also two LCD tvs which were a plus.
+ Wifi all around the hotel
+Friendly and helpful staff

Do take note:
+ This is a large property spread out on the side of the mountain going down towards Patong. It is not within walking distance of Patong so be prepared to take the free shuttle or arrange for transport out of the hotel.
+The hotel restaurant is a little pricey for the portion so do take your dinner outside before coming back to the hotel.
+ This is not a boutique hotel so there are families and groups. The breakfast buffet wasn't too bad but it does get crowded at certain times in the morning.
+ The Jacuzzi in the room balcony is a great feature but the water was really cold so we didn't use it.

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights in July. The rooms were nice and clean. Our favorite part about this resort were the pools and they are everywhere! It was a nice place coming back to after spending the day in Patong. Our only complaint would be about the shuttles between the hotel and Patong Beach. We felt that they could have run later than 8pm and more frequently.

I and my family stayed for 5 days in the hotel
booked a standard room for 2900 bath per night
arrived at the hotel .... the standard rooms were fully booked the reception they gave us Deluxe suite 1 bed room
that it was the same price as the room that we had booked
they told us at the reception
when we chek out 5400 bath per night we must pay the mannager was called in
He treated us like dirt
and they that we had to pay because we had a better room had
that WE had not requested
every night until the morning there was a lot of noise from other customers
especially chineese
also at breakfast eat everything and leave it full plates of food lying on the table
hotel light next to a very busy street
if you go to patong always pay 400 bath for the tuk tuk
in patong they are much better hotel for this price
We have already stayed in many hotel
but this manager was the worst

Room Tip: deluxe room

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The reception staff was friendly. We want to mention especially Wunana Pia (the assistant manager) who was very efficient and helpful. Thank you Pia!
We loved Phuket and will come back to the same hotel.

Beautiful clean modern 1 bedroom suite. Great views and i was never out of jacuzzi, on balcony. Food was a bit expensive, compared to most other places... I wouldn't stay here with a toddler (2 many water ponds/features for them to hurt themselves in), but that made it very attractive. Nice pools and a modern gym. Some staff grumpy and unhappy. Breakfast ok, not keen on weak tea!

After being booked in at another hotel that was still under construction. We checked out after one night and planted ourselves on the doorstep of Sea Pearl villas.

The front of house staff were great, we were shown a room before we agreed.

This hotel offers all the pleasantries you require and there is definatley a lot of value for the money. For the standard in Patong it is definatley one of the better.

The only draw back is the location perched on Patong hill. A free shuttle runs a circuit every hour down with two stops and this overcomes it's location. I truly don't know if you would want Patong on your doorstep.... I know I wouldn't.
