“Modern and beautiful resort, perfect for quiet stay”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 5, 2011

Went there with my partner and 2 friends, and we booked the 2-bedroom suite, which is actually, a one bedroom suit with adjoining door to another room. Nevertheless, it is still a nice room, with modern deco, and each of the room equipped with jacuzzi. Our room is located at the block where the main lobby is, and the view from the balcony, or jacuzzi is perfect. We could see Patong town and beach while we soaked in the jacuzzi.

The hotel is nicely done and quite new, but if you plan to just enjoy your stay without going out much, there is not much to at the resort itself... Since we wanted to take it easy with our vacation, it fit us quite well. We went out around afternoon and normally come back just after dinner.

To get to Patong, there are shuttle van provided every two hours which is convenient. And it's cheaper to take tuk-tuk to go back to the hotel rather than regular taxi, if you don't want to take the shuttle. And indeed as other reviewers mentioned, the hotel will not call for taxi for you, and you have to use hotel's transportation. So what I did was I arranged a taxi outside of the hotel to come to pick me up to airport for cheaper rate.

Food-wise, it was OK. The spread for breakfast was not huge, but it was not too bad as well.

All in all, if you wish to come to Phuket but still wish for some quiet stay with being too far from the hotspot, this is the place to go for!

We went to Patong to have some fun three days in August 2011; three expat who know the east asia region very well. Unfortunately we booked this hotel, which is located outside the town and only approachable by car. The hotel is quite new and only very few guests where around, mostly families from the region. Never the less it took us 30 minutes to check in. We booked our rooms without breakfast in advance and where charged around 15$ US per person for a very simple (mostly local) breakfast. Coffee was good.
Transport to the city and the airport is only available by a hotel taxi:
To the city: 10$ US
To the airport: 40$US
The people at the reception refused to call a taxi from outside.
When we invited some visitors from outside we were charged another 50$ US per person/night. The rooms are 4 star level. All rooms had a jacuzzi on the terrace but the water was too cold. No heater. The free wifi service was ok.
We will definitly not book this place again.

It was a very memorable experiance.
Very clean and spacious rooms.
Free shuttle service at 10.00, 12.00, 14.00, 16.00, 18.00 and 20.00 was useful.
Very friendly and efficiant staff.
located around 10 mins drive from Patong. and on the hill, tuktuks charge around 200 baths per oneway trip.
I liked the ambiance, cleanliness and overall asthetics of the hotel and would definately like to stay here when I visit Phuket again.
would however like to have more variety of veg dishes in the breakfast which was otherwise also very good.
overall had a very plesant experiance.

Room Tip: Very clean and spacious room. Was suprised to have partial seaview from the Jaquzi.

I stayed at this hotel with a buddy for 10 days for New Years . This hotel is awesome!! It is not on the beach but you can get down there for about 2-3 dollars if you go down after the hotel free downtown shuttles end around 1600/ 4 PM. The hotel staff is truly amazing. Their manager goes outside of his way to make you comfortable. The hotel is on the top of the hill and is very seculded so if you don't want to be right on the beach this is for you. Phuket put you in a state if mind by never wanting to leave and I know this hotel greatly added to that.
A few items, this hotel is rather expensive but you get your money's worth. The jacuzzis are cold not hot water. I believe all of the jacuzzis are like that in Phuket because of the tropical climate. Also the wifi was spotty. Other than that it was a great experience. Personally when I go back to Phuket I will get a place by the beach but the next time I go
back after that ( seeing the pattern come to Phuket) I will def stay at this hotel!!

My boyfriend and I had a good experience the moment we reached the place. The staff were welcoming, friendly, polite, helpful and even remembered our names throughout our stay! The complex is sprawling and beautiful, more like a luxurious condominium grounds than a beach resort. The place is obviously very new as there is still some constrution going on- but no noise at all. Rooms are beautiful, place is very clean and breakfast was good. It is actually a 20 minutes drive from Patong Beach and not 5 minutes, as what the website claims. So location wise, a bit inconvenient. However plus point is that is it away from the hustle and bustle and thus very peaceful and quiet.
