“Gone down hill”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed August 5, 2012

We first ate here about 4 years ago and have made the effort to go every year when were back. The staff are always friendly and nothing is to much trouble, but I hate to say this the food has gone down hill, it just never had any taste, we ordered chicken cashew nut and chicken green curry and it was bland.
We'll not be visiting it next year...

Great value. Delicious Thai food. Yum! Had the spring rolls, fish cakes, pad Thai and fried rice with chicken. Delicious!

“Can't complain!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 18, 2012

We ate here a couple of times whilst visiting Patong ... it is across the lane way from Sabai Sabai which has always been my favourite - but unfortunately seems to be constantly too busy for anyone with a group of more than 2 people!

The menu is pretty standard but it is cheap and the food was good quality. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner on three different days - the breakfast was the only slightly disappointing one. The coffee was not great and the tiniest piece of bacon you can imagine.

The standard Pad Thai was fine - a decent size and tasty. The kids enjoyed the frozen drinks and these were a favourite. Burgers took a while to arrive for some reason, and are smaller in real life than the menu pictures. For a group of 6 of us, the total bill was never more than 700 Baht (less than $A25)

Service was good and no issues with cleanliness - the fact we went back probably speaks volumes for how happy we were with it!

“Reasonable Prices + Good Food = Great Value”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 13, 2012 via mobile

Clean environment, reasonable prices and nice simple Thai meals.

Excellent quality and value for the price that is charged.

“Fast service but average food”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed June 2, 2012

We went to S&G after trying out Sabai Sabai which is just opposite. We ordered the omelette, stir fried prawn, tom yum soup, spring roll and mango ice blend. Prices were reasonable and the dishes taste like home-cooked food. The mango ice blend was nice and thick and taste superb especially on a hot sunny afternoon. The tom yum soup was too bland and other dishes were slightly above average. Service was prompt.
