“Strategic Location”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 17, 2012

I was stayed with friends at this hotel on 30/11/2012, overall we are very satisfy to the hotel.

The location is prefect which combine both relax and happening environment, It is just a walking distance to the Patong Beach & the crowded area Bangla Road. The hotel is very convenient to stay, the surrounding are different type shops and restaurant.

The room is big and clean, the staffs are helpful and able to provide some value information to the attractive areas and foods. Their buffet breakfast so far not too bad, just the menu for everyday is no much different.

We have a good time here, and hope you will enjoy with staying in this hotel too.

Stayed 1 night in transit. Pleasantly surprised at the spaciousness of the room, the cleanliness and modern bathroom fittings, and the close location to the beach and restaurants (all about 5 min walk). Loft wing is separate to the main hotel, as noted by others, but it is only a matter of a 2 minute walk and the room was quiet. We didn’t have a balcony which we had expected, but this didn’t bother us for a short stay. Aircon could be quieter but it was effective. Bed very firm. The (included) breakfast was good, with eggs made to order and good variety. All staff were pleasant and helpful. We felt the security in the Loft Wing should be improved; key or swipe-card access to the foyer area and/or the lifts and stairs would be good. Overall excellent value hotel in a good location. Recommend.

Quiet hotel near the beach and close to the night life and restaurants. The staff were always helpful and happy. Breakfast was delicious and the menu of dishes changed each morning, I just loved the omlettes and scrambled eggs. The garden and spa on the roof was a great place to wind down around sunset. The rooms were well appointed and large, and the bathroom had a large deep bath and a separate shower.

Small hotel just 80 m from patong beach on busy street. There are alot shops and restaurants around, close to shopping malls and small shops, disco and clubs. For sure not for relax and beach holidays coz of crowds everywhere but good if you are night life lover. Rooms are lofts that's why better if you are a couple, not friends, coz bathtube is only behind curtain. Wifi in rooms, free. Standard rooms are small, no smoking. Breakfast is poor, served at terrace almost on the street. There is jacuzzi and small garden on the roof. You can drink something and smoke with friends there. Actually hotel is not for long stay but good for relax2 or 3 days like us.

Room Tip: Go to south if you like beach relax

We had visited Phuket last October for our anniversary. Rayaburi was a good choice... the rooms are clean and the staff courteous and accomodative... They have a jacuzzi at the roof top facing the beach and it is awesome... the beach is just 5 minutes walk from the hotel.... You even get to see a glimpse of the beach from your hotel balcony. If ur from India and a vegetarian you may not really relish their dinner buffet. There are plenty of Indian Restaurants around Rayaburi, the best one being Tantra. The food there will make u forget that ur in Thailand. Overall great place to stay in Phuket!
