Lovely place to chill out and close to airport for early morning flight. Restaurant reasonably priced and good quality food.
Only one member of staff could speak good English, but thankfully she was very helpful and a credit to the resort.
Yes a little out of the way for Khon Kaen and its shopping but well worth the piece and quiet. It could do with a few more facilities like a massage room but we enjoyed ourselves which was the main thing

Firstly, the location is about 5 km from the centre of Khon Kaen so you'll really need your own transport.
It's beside the airport but there's no noise.
Rooms are very large and well-appointed and service is good. The restaurant serves decent food but if you're in Khon Kaen you should eat in the night market.
The main reason to recommend it is value for money - you get a lot for what you pay.

Conveniently near the airport but about 5km from Khon Kaen city centre this is a nice resort with friendly staff.
The swimming pool isn't huge but great for the kids to play about in.
The restaurant is very nice, again not huge but a nice menu of Asian and western food which was very tasty and not expensive.
The have a nice selection of wine around the 850bt mark.
There is a lot of greenery around the resort, fish ponds etc.
A very nice place, especially the food.

Stayed here with the family to enjoy a weekend with a pool and away from home. The room was large and well appointed with a balcony, full mini-bar and a flat screen tv. Breakfast was included. The grounds are limited but well maintained. The pool is small and a bit crowded. I'm not sure if the hotel rents it out to day visitors, but it was certainly full of young children. If you are looking for a quiet, adult spot. This is not the place. But if you have young children, it may be. The food is decent but not spectacular.

Did not stay at the hotel which seems very convenient from the airport (less than 0.5 miles). Went there with a colleague and a couple with a little girl, we had dinner in a separated bungalow, very quiet. The food was great and their Miang Pla (fried chopped fish) is fantastic. Excellent Tam Thai (papaya salad) and Kay Tod (fried chicken). Hope I write the names correctly.
I would definitively suggest a stop on your way to the airport, especially if you are about to leave Thailand.

We stayed here one night while doing business in Khon Kaen. it is right next door to the airport, but were never aware of plane noise.
It is a superb oasis in the barren landscape surrounding. it has a great pool area, lovely gardens with lush trees and a balcony on the room overlooking the pool and gardens. The rooms are very large as well. Sleep quality is excellent because it is so quiet !!
The restaurant is awesome - unique wooden handmade seats with great ambience amongst the rainforest gardens. The food is also great as it the free breakfast.
Would recommend this place. BUT, if you are driving, parking is very inadequate, only space for limited number of cars, which is disappointing for a large hotel. Also bear in mind, it is located a long way from town and services.

Room Tip: Don't drive because you'll have problems finding space to park your car. Be prepared to be...

This hotel already has many positive reviews and it certainly deserves mine! Everything about the place is quite lovely: convenient location which is totally quiet, despite its being so near the airport; very nice rooms, from the most expensive to the cheapest; good facilities, including a nice pool, a wide range of satellite TV channels, good wifi, pleasant bathrooms.

The hotel grouns are lovely in every way, not least the Grand Pavilion and its manicured lawns and gardens for weddings or other events. There is water everywhere: in the pool (of course) and also in the fish ponds and the many little streams that run past the rooms. There are a couple of little "zoos" with birds, deer, peacocks, rabbits, guinea pigs etc....and even a few rabbits running free about the place: great for kids and adults, alike,

The restaurant is pleasant, as is the food. However, there are a few things on the menu that could be improved. I hear the chef is new, so, if he takes note of constructive advice, all should be well.

The buffet breakfast, included in the price, was surprisingly good.

The hotel has special deals on its website at the moment ( December, 2012), so it is great value for money; in fact, just about the best deal and best value for money I have seen in Thailand in the last few years.

Room Tip: All the rooms are pleasant and good value for money: it's up to you!
