I chose this hotel based on many glowing reviews. Upon arrival, I was stunned at how misleading those reviews were.

The "resort" is shabby, run down, and in need of serious help. The villa in which I stayed was dated and very poorly maintained. The pool area and restaurant are of one star appearance and quality. The food was well below even the lowest standard.

All of the above pales when compared to the service and attitude of the staff. Not a smile during check in, nor in any other dealings with the reception staff. Twice I walked into the restaurant and when the staff member finally addressed me, it was not sawasdee ka, it was literally "what do you want." The final insult was my request for some ice. After a bit of grumbling from the staff, I was given a bucket of ice and a bill for 24 baht. I have never, NEVER, been asked to pay for ice.

A truly shabby experience. Many quality, economical hotels/resorts in Hua Hin, give this place a miss.

Stay in one of the villas, preferably one with a sea view. Very accomodating staff. Nice menu selection, great infinity pool, and decent location to the major attractions in Hua-Hin. Overall, this is one of the nicer small hotels in the city.

Room Tip: Choose one of the villas, preferably with a sea view.

We absolutely loved this resort. We initially planned to stay for 3 nights but extended our stay to 5 nights as we enjoyed it so much. We booked villa 302 which is close to the pool and beach - it was ideal! The staff are extremely friendly and speak good English. The resort is neat and clean as are the rooms which are quite spacious and very comfortable. They offer a shuttle service to Hua Hin city centre twice daily which was great. On the second day we hired bicycles from a shop within walking distance and cycled to and from town on a daily basis, as well as to the surrounding towns and tourist attractions. The location of the resort is fantastic, it is far enough away from the city centre to avoid the crowded beaches but close enough to get there in a few minutes by bicycle, tuk-tuk or taxi. There is direct acess to the beach from the resort so you can sit by the pool and feel as if you are on the beach. We took long walks along the beach in both directions, once towards town and another day in the opposite direction towards Kao Takiab. This is an ideal place to relax and unwind. We highly recommend this resort.

Room Tip: If you want a room / villa close to the beach, ask for 302 or 304

After one week staying here the spacious rooms were cleaned every day, beds made, fresh towels, good air con too.
The food is also very good, a little bit pricy but worth the extra. The location is top notch, seconds from the long beach but even closer is the swimming pools.
Very easy to get into HuaHin centre by shared Taxi(songthaew 30baht) for lots of good shopping and loads more food options.
I could go on, but this resort is excellent.

We have been there for the weekend as usual Thais, first of all I didn't expected much for the hotel due to the rate we got however the room was nice. We stay in Studio room (room 213) just only a fews minutes walk to the beach, hotel is on the beach side. Even though very high occupancy on that night but still feel private however just only little comment from me:

Swimming pool quite small, in case of high season must be very busy and choice of breakfast rather than that was very well. Staffs were nice and really helpful.

Overall for me was great value and should be one of the option to stay in Hua HIn!!!

Room Tip: If booked Pavillion villa, chose 302 or 304 that are sea view rooms or Pavillion suite (2 bedrooms...

This small resort is a cozy break from the large tourist resorts near the centre of town and my wife and I visited it for a special weekend. The staff is amazing, the food was good and our Villa was a treat! You can walk the beach into town in an hour, or just sit around the pool reading and listening to the waves hit the beach. Special attention is paid to the gardens which are beautiful. A twice daily shuttle will get you to town, or you can walk out to the road and jump aboard a son tow, which costs ten baht into town. We thought that the price was a bit on the steep side, but we did enjoy our stay.

Room Tip: Try a villa, very peaceful.

Our Thai Friend book this resort for us, it takes abt 5-7min walk from main road via the resort carpark to the resort (can use their free caddy from resort to go to car park area). She say there is only limited rooms here.
Our room is Studio type facing the pool and cafe. We can see the kids from our room when they swim at the small pool. There's 2 jacuzzi just next to pool.
The room has a King size bed and a side sofa by the window (my 9 yrs old abt 1.4m manage to sleep there for a night). There is a indoor Jacuzzi just next to our toilet as well! But jus have to beware of mosquitoes (both in and outdoor) as its the rainy season during our stay on 24-25Nov.
The beach is just some steps down after the pool. Me and friend sat by the cafe watching down on the kids building sand castle (can borrow the sand castle toys from cafe staff as they have one set availble) ,picking shells and catch spider crab. The cafe staff even use a plastic to "waterproof" my friend's kid arm bandage so she could join in the fun. We saw people walking their dogs and some also try out horse riding by the beach.
Breakfast is not bad for us with spread including noodle, porridge, bread, fruits, cereals , eggs , waffle & even cup yoghurt.
Only dislike is some tourist ignore the non-smoking sign during breakfast time.
We went to night market less than half an hour drive from the hotel-its fun shopping & trying out local desserts/snacks. We also went Cha-Am abt 50min drive away for ATV ride.
We had a memorable time here at Hua Hin staying at this hotel!
