“Pricey for hua him but you get what you pay for, good quality”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 12, 2013

We had a meal here and really enjoyed it. It's very much a Europeans restaurant and you pay European prices but the owner has clearly put a lot of effort into making it right. They offered a vegetarian option which is refreshing and tasted nice. The staff speak excellent English and have been trained in serving wine. The chef was friendly and asked for feedback which we duly gave.

You can get meals anywhere in hua him for a fraction of the price but you won't get this kind of restaurant. I didn't go to Thailand to eat western food but none the less thoroughly enjoyed our meal at le bistro.

“Good Food...recommend you to try”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 7, 2013

I got an Beachfront Apartment in Hua-Hin. Therefore myself and my family, we are spending lots of time there. And each visit, we like to try out some new restaurant...

The problem in Hua-Hin or in Thailand in general.. You cannot hardly recommend any restaurant, because when the Chef move to somewhere else..the quality of the food never be the same...

Well, went to have our dinner @Le Bistro, because we got recommended from a friend who is a Resident of Hua-Hin. The Restaurant was taking over by Chef Romain (it use to be Italian Restaurant before). Chef Romain will personally welcomed you, and described and recommended all the dishes. After that he will go in his Kitchen and cook you a great meal....
We went there 2 times during our 9 days stayed in Hua-Hin :-)

The Restaurant is very easy to find.. located on the Main Road (Petchkasem Road), not far from Villa Market Supermarket @the same side of the road... there are no parking in front of the restaurant...

Let Chef Romain spoil you with his good cuisine....

“A first class dining experience”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 30, 2013

Visited Le Bistro 2 times now and its the restaurant I choose for a real treat :). The food is prepared with passion and top notch ingrediants and Chef Romain is a very unassuming and friendly guy who makes everyone feel very welcome with a very humble manner and gives great descriptions of the dishes on offer.
I really hope the people of Hua Hin and those visiting give the support this beautiful retaurant derserves - simply a great place to eat.
The restaurant is not cheap by local standards, but it serves food which is way above the mark so the value is excellent.

“Delicious, good value and friendly Chef”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 28, 2013

Hua Hin is another expanding town on the Gulf of Thailand coast. Years ago, you could hardly find any 5-star accommodations nor good, reasonable price international culinary. At present, travellers can have more choices on accommodations plus many more "good" food and wine. I moved to Hua Hin from Bangkok years ago and die for Bangkok restaurants. When I noticed a new French restaurant opened up, I have no reluctant to try and Le Bistro does not let me down. Twice I have been here. Now is no need for me to go to Bangkok, thank you Chef! Just do not increase the price much as it will effect my pocket and other local people of Hua Hin too.

5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 26, 2013

Very close to the cape nidhra hotel and the grand market. A must visit if you like fine dining. Very good food, wine, cooking. Just open and already the best restaurant we ate(the rocks is also very good...). We went on april 25 and ate lobster bisque, mushroom with white truffle, duck and australian beef. All were great!
