We dined in the quiet season and this was by far the busiest restaurant in the street. Their menu is split into two halves, thai and a relatively expensive french/italian section. We like everyone else in the restaurant that night chose from the Thai side of the menu.
The spring rolls were freshly made and two portions were ample for the four of us. For our main course we had a mix of orchid (house), red, and yellow curries - all came in very large bowls and were very tasty with just the right amount of spice and fresh herbs. The rice was served from moulds (like shaped jellies) with a small amount of English style salad on the side. We usually go for a mix of rice and noodles but there were no noodle dishes on the menu - however the rice was good and 2 portions were adequate for the four of us.
The service was excellent and we would recommend the restaurant to others staying in Hua Hin.
One thing to note - the restaurant does not accept credit cards - it was cash only.
