Description: We use to be in the center of the night market. Then we moved to Hua Hin Soi 61, short walk from The Hilton, between the Post Office and Burger King, across the street from City Beach Hotel. This is the main road to the Beach. We have brought back the same authintic cuisine that we had before and added a few new dishes.

margaritas is in the middle of the upper half of the night market, the drinks are good, they could do a little better with the food

“Somewhat disappointed”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed November 1, 2012

I reviewed this place after discovering it last year and our family were looking forward to returning. We holidayed in Hua Hin last month and on our second evening during a trip th the night market pulled into the restaurant (Sunday) to be told they only offer a limited fixed buffet on Sundays. We fancied all the usual Mexican dishes so just had a drink and returned later in the week. We were shown to a table by a dour unsmiling waitress and given the menus. After getting our drinks order in, we ordered a variety of tasty looking dishes featuring beef and chicken, only to be told that no chicken was available!? When the dishes arrived (in fits and starts) they all tasted the same as (of course) they featured the same basic ingredients. The lady chef seemed to be in a bit of a flap for some reason and kept apologising for the mix ups in our orders. As we finished our meal the owner appeared and enquired if all was ok but before I could comment, he went off to do something else. A shame as I thought it was a great idea to have a decent Mexican restaurant in HH. Let's hope things improve and they develop an ability to source their chicken from somewhere. On an aside, the interior is quite hot and humid despite the electric fans. This wouldn't be so bad had we not had to suffer adjacent tables with smokers. They should keep smoking tables outside only!!

“SoCal mex in Thailand”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 15, 2012

Went to the night market and found absolutely great Mexican food! And a choice of several styles of margaritas. Well worth seeking out for a unique experience in Thailand.

“Great Mexican food, Homemade Tortillas!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 11, 2012

Real Mexican food, and the SUNDAY Buffett is great! The staff is on the ball and they WANT you to have a good experience! I really love this place and I am from California, but lived and worked in Mexico, Texas, New Mexico and Arizona. I may not be an expert on this type of food but I am a big fan of it. They make their own tortillas and chips and salsa! I have been to this place 4 times and never been disappointed.

The Margaritas rock too!
