For the price this hotel was just okay. I like the area around the hotel and convenient to the beach, shopping and places to eat. The hotel is a just okay....no extras put forward and breakfast was lacking for choices. The room was clean and bathroom lacking shelf space to put out any items. Wi Fi signal a little poor at times.

This hotel is located near railway crossings and they windows are not sound proof. All night we couldn't sleep because of the loud noises from the street and the trains.
Also the bedding and towels were stained and old. Towels were almost shredding apart. Not very nice at all. We used our own.
The balcony door lock was broken which explains the signs that hotel is not responsible if your personal items will be stolen.
Aircon didn't work at all. Changing the temperature made no difference.
Furniture is old and beds are not that comfy.
Parking is designed badly and you will have a high chance of scratching your car
Facilities were not that clean and reception is not friendly at all.
There are much better places to stay in Hua Hin for the same price.

Tidy and clean. Stayed here for 4 nights. Good location. Plenty of restaurant and bars within walking reach. Based myself here for a golfing break. Helpful reception and respectful staff. The only downside is the railway nearby with heavy trains sounding their horns in the early hours disturbing my sleep. But still, i would stay there again.

Room Tip: My room was on the third floor. Air con was quiet. It was comfortable, clean and tidy. The only down...

If you arrive in Hua Hin by train I recommend you take a taxi to get to the hotel as it is quite a long walk especially if you have heavy luggage. The hotel is in a small side street with many restaurants and cheap laundries close to it. Laundries let you pay per kilo and not only by item. There is also a super market and a shopping center nearby.
The staff is not fluent in English which is a big minus. They try their best but if they can not understand what you are saying it does not help... Internet connection in the hotel is very slow. You often get kicked out of it and only 20 hotel guests can use the internet at the same time.
Rooms are spacious and clean and come with a balcony. The rooms have a fridge but no safe. Safe is available at the reception.
Breakfast was not of my taste. Very simple food and small variety.

No complaints about this hotel. We had a very nice stay and the rooms are confortable and clean. A few renovation touches here and there would make it an excellent hotel. It is a very short waking distance from the beach.

This could be a gem of a hotel IF it was run properly. The staff speak VERY limited English and one of the evening security guys spoke no English(VERY DIFFICULT IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM).On the up side our one bed suite was spacious, very clean and well maintained(one sun bed WAS broken on the balcony). Some sites advertise that rooms have in room safes. We were told at reception that there were NO in room safe facilities and only the Hotels own safe in the office (to which there was only 1 key).No one is golig to trust putting passports and monies in a safe to which ANYONE can get access. This really spoilt our stay. This is not a hotel for those who are not so mobile as there are several steep steps up to reception and again to and from the access to the lift.Lighting in the corridors is also an issue.Breakfast very iffy Fried eggs are usually cold(ice cold one morning) Tea and Coffee undrinkable due to water not reaching boiling point.Very basic(but clean) Breakfast room, bit like a school canteen.Pool adeqate but bring own towels. Close to some good reasturants and bars and shoping mall but railway very noisy(not hotels fault).Think caefully before booking this Hotel

Room Tip: furthest away from the railway might be a little quieter

On the outside the hotel looks lovely, nice design and pool outside. Its just off the main road with bards, cafe's shops etc and nearby a shopping mall. And this is about the end of the good points. If you have ever seen the film Seven you will understand the Narawan. The corridors are pitch dark making seeing the door of your room and numbers difficult. Then there are the trains. Like many other reviewers the noise and shake of your room wakes you up for the first couple of nights. Room adequate although mine had a leak from the ceiling in the bathroom, breakfast average. Its not horrendous and for the money I paid is average compared too others but unless you get a great deal I would look elsewhere
