From other reviews on Trip Advisor we decided to give this place a try.
They have indoor seating and a very pretty garden with a low key fountain that competes with traffic noise from the nearby street. We chose to sit in the garden, armed with lots of high DEET mosquito repellant.
All our dishes were good and especially outstanding were:
the chili dipping sauce that came with the Grilled Spare Ribs Northern Style
the Tom Yum Salungkam--perfect balance of hot and sour, the best we've ever had, anywhere
the Traditional Thai Red Curry with Shrimp Basil Leaf and Palm Heart in Coconut Milk
Not as fab but still good were the Grilled Spare Ribs and the Stir Fried Shrimp with Tomato, Pineapple in Sweet and Sour Sauce.
Intrigued by Coconut Milk with Mixed Thai's dessert, we couldn't resist ordering a portion. It was coconut ice cream with bits of ? in it. Tasty but not outstanding.
Highly recommend this place despite the somewhat inattentive service, the teeny napkins (typical in Thailand) an plastic dinner ware. Definitely not fancy though it could be if they just used finer dishes etc. And I think they should because to food is mostly very exceptional.
It's fun to peek into the kitchen which is on the way to the decent washrooms.
