We stayed here on 2 separate nights , bordering our liveaboard diving trip to the Similans. The hotel was recommended by our dive operator, as being closest. So, we just accepted it for the convenience. It turned out to be very nice. It was located in an ex-coconut plantation, with chalets spread out a large area, with lots of greenery. It was a few minutes walk to many nice restaurants and drinking places, both of which are Thailand specialties! A nice, sandy beach is about 12 minutes' walk away. The resorts' restaurant is highly rated by the locals and we ate there twice too. Room rate for a fan (not air-conditioned) room was super-value. It was cool so no problems!
Air con rooms cost nearly double!
