I visited the museum while wandering around Kaohsiung while my husband was at work. I heard that the museum was free and figured it would help me pass some time. For me, the coolest part about the museum was the actual building. It was built under Japanese rule as a city government building. They gave me a brochure about the architecture when I went inside. As for the exhibits, there was only one that was in English and it took me awhile to figure out what it was about. The translations weren't great, plus I walked from the back to front instead of front to back because of no signage about where the entrance was (go up the stairs and it is in the back left corner). Overall, it was a decent stop, but definitely not a must see.
