Come in, sit down and order your steak from a picture menu. The English here is limited to non existent so, get you Mandarin phrasebook out. Or, simply point to the picture of the steak you want. They will ask you what number you wish to have. This is their way of asking you if you want rare, medium, or well done. 5 is really rare 7 medium rare 8 medium, 10 well done.
After you order, make you way over to the all you can eat corn soup section and get a bowl. Also grab a gravy boat of pepper sauce, that is, if you like to smother your steak in sauce. It will come sizzling in sauce already in a few minutes anyway. Next, grab a soft drink from the fountain, and you're set.
When the server comes out with your order, it's a good idea to hold out your opened napkin so that spits of steak juice don't end up on your clothes.
This is by far my favorite steak place because it's good steak, for a decent price, in a down to earth atmosphere (think diner).
