We actually stayed in the hotel and therefore ate a few times in the restaurant which served amazing dishes.
My tuna with pomela salad was absolutely perfect. But if you would like to try the curries - they serve a curry of the day each lunch (the dahl was the best I ever had) and in the evening they serve a curry menu.
The chef really cooks the curries with fresh produce and spices and you can feel and taste someone who knows the local kitchen as well as how to combine ingredients heads up the kitchen.
A must try!
