Just returned from a Business trip, where I had the opportunity to stay at this hotel. Af ew things I would like to point out:
1. Hotel Staff doesn't speak much English. Communication with the hotel staf (front desk, restaurant, room service) was really painful, since their ability to communicate in English is limited. That didn't happen in the Hilton Hotel I stayed at Seoul.
2. Cleanliness. Room (and entire hallway) was smelly, a mix
between old, humid and cigar (imagine the smell). The rug was all stained (looks like they have issues at least w/vacuum cleaners), bathroom was with dirty walls, rusty and paint peeling off (I just dared to take some pictures of the room, but not the bathroom).
3. Food Quality. Horrible. Breakfasts were sincerely forgettable. Bacon was either almost raw or overcooked. The choice for western style food was limited to scrambled (almost raw) eggs, bacon, and potatoes, the usual yogurt and cereals, then all asian food.
From the outside, the hotel looks like it has been quite a few years that hasn't had maintenance.
In general, this hotel has the looks of a once luxurious hotel, but has lost its appeal due to the lack of maintenance.
Don't know of many other choices in Incheon yet, but if available look elsewhere.
