Our candid opinion is that we will patronize the hotel, thanks to the hotel staff who were
all courteous right from pick up at the airport till the drop off .

The hotel surprises me with a few things. First of all, I thought it is just next to the airport - it is not the case - Seoul government actually builds the transit city nearby to cater for the airport transitters. Hotel Incheon Airport is one of them. However, to my surprise delight, free transport to the hotel is readily available. And they are for you at any time of the day. They also provide a regular schedule to the airport. Another pleasant surprise is that it is within walking distance to minimarts and restaurants. We placed our luggage there for a few days as we decided to stay in Seoul for proximity reasons. We came back on our last day in Seoul - we had our room upgraded and our (many) luggage well-taken care of. This is definitely a nice little place you want to be at on your transit.

The rooms are fine - rather overfilled with equipment - but you might like that. But the hotel is not at the airport. The one actually there is the Best Western. This is 10 mins in a cab, which cost me WON20K late at night one way. And it's set in a town which is a real dump. But for one night not too bad I suppose. Breakfast not all that appealing.

Stayed here for 1 night before catching a plane in the morning. The hotel is in a great location to head to Incheon International Airport, and they offer a free shuttle (it takes less than 10 minutes to get to the airport). There are a few food options nearby and a convenience store right across the road. The room was clean and a good size. A staff member at the front desk spoke fluent English.
