This hotel is very convenient to get to off I-87 and I-90. It is located directly across from SUNY at Albany and a short drive to downtown Albany. Even though our room faced I-90, we couldn't hear the traffic at all. The rate was very reasonable and worth every penny! We were extremely pleased with the service and staff. Check-in and out were very expeditious. The room and bed were very comfortable and clean. The bathroom was spotless, with enough towels, etc. Nothing in the room appeared to be worn, broken or otherwise in need of repair. Breakfast the next morning was very good as well. The food was a little slow being served but not unacceptably so. We would highly recommend this hotel to all.

The stay at the Courtyard in Albany was trouble free, the room was pleasant everything went to plan, wired free internet access, which has become standard at this brand of hotel chain, and certainly worth its wait in gold as we were able to change our plans with ease due to our next destination at Buffalo being snowed in and a state of emergency declared! Without the internet access i would have had problems.
