Ate yesterday in Chez Plume and had a very friendly and tasty experience.
Very good soups (try the crab) and fantastic creole fish (the way they made and serve grupper was very simple but super good).
Enough choices if you are for fish and seafood. A very special plus for service, the lady made us feel at home, fast, knowlegeable and always smiling.
It is not a fancy place ! We read it is the best seafood place in that part of Mahe so we dressed a little, but found people very casual mixed with smart casual looking, all OK.
Just one negative advice - we were told is the best lobster restaurant on the island, so we took a 600g one.
It was not bad, but nothing special, so 750 Rp from the total of 1200 was not worth it.
We both preffered the fish.
Go and dine if you are into fish, good food, good price, nice service.
