With this feedback all our family would like to thank you for giving us a chance to stay at your resort. We spend two wonderful weeks at Ephelia and we really enjoyed it!

First of all, we would like to mention that we really appreciated the fact that you had organized us the early check-in. After the long flight we did not have to wait extra couple of hours for our check-in and we moved into our villa straight upon arrival.

Secondly, we really enjoyed the family villa you provided to us. Especially we enjoyed the pool which belongs to the villa. Even though it is not very big, we had so much pleasure to swim there! The villa has all the necessary facilities, hovewer it would be a good idea to put ice machine in the villa. During the hot and sunny days it is preferrable to drink something cold, and taking into account that the villa fridges did not cool the drinks enough, we always disturbed our villa manager to bring us some ice. So, we are very grateful to our villa manager – Jimmi, who was very patient and delivered ice to our villa every day (and sometimes even twice a day). Jimmi was very communicative and friendly also.

Thirdly, we would like to note the in-villa service which was brilliant and not annoying. Our villa attendant – Prajin – always kept all the villa clean and tidy. Everyday we had everything clean and all the beds were well made. Prajin was very creative and every evening the beds were decorated by him in different ways combining the local flowers with his skills. We were very impressed with his art when we came back from the dinner! Couple of times when we came back home we found our baths decorated with flowers and candles. It was so romantic to take the bath and we really enjoyed it! All the cleaning in the villa was performed very quickly and we almost did not waste our time waiting for the roooms to be made up. So, with this e-mail we would like to thank Prajin for his efforts and his friendliness.

Fourthly, we had so much fun while taking part in activities organaized by the north boat house, especially by their manager Nikolas. We went fishing for 2-3 hours by Victoria boat and got 2 giant baracuda and king fish and 2 bonitos! It was so exciting! After that the boat crew arranged the BBQ lunch for us on the separate island and we were really impressed how the fish caught was coocked! The taste was sensational and we had great time eating this fish and staying on the uninhabited island! Taking into account our admiration with fishing, we asked Nikolas to organaize us a private trip to La-Digue. It was a fantastic journey and we obtained the opprorunity to see one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Thus, we are very grateful to Nikolas and his team!

Also, we would like to mention the food at Ephelia which was was delicious with the variety of different cuisines during the dinner at Corossol. Hovewer, the servaints (especially women) were very slow and we would prefer them to be more friendly and smily. This excludes the one young lady who met all the guests every evening and was extremely positive and smily as well as servant Dattu, who was very social, friendly and prompt. We also had few lunches with sushi at Cyan and we will not forget the taste of the dishes which was fascinating!

To summarize, we really enjoyed the Seychelles, especially the Ephelia resort with all its facilities and amasing nature. The shuttles travelling around the resort and giving a lift to necessary destinations made our movement inside the resort even more favourable and convenient. If we had a chance to come back to Seychelles we would prefer to stay at your resort againe. So, once again thank you for your warm welcome and hospitality and all the best to you!

We have just come back from a 14days holiday at Constance Ephelia.

All in all, it was not bad, but not as good as we would have figured.
The Junior Suite at which we initially stayed was OK, but that about covers it. When we mentioned at the resort we were rather disappointed, we were able to buy an upgrade to a Spa Villa, which really was worth it. These Villas are the quality you may expect from a Constance facillity. The rooms were spacious and luxurious, great private pool, and a very nice and well appointed bathroom. The Villamanagers as well as the room`s cleaning team were very friendly and really did a great job, same goes for management, they really tried to help us get a satisfying room, all credits for the Staff.

The grounds are rather big, so though the resort has many rooms, you don`t feel that too much. The North beach is the prettier one of the 2, but a bit more crowded as well. Snorkelling isn`t really interesting at either beach though. Dive shop is good, people are friendly and well trained, again up to Constance standards.

The restaurants and bars are all very good, however the Buffet Restaurant is really below what it should be. not too much choice, and very mediocre food... However at the other restaurants, Seselwa, Cyann and Helios they have lovely dinners, great quality and very nice staff (especially at Helios the girls are extremely kind).

The Spa is very spacious and well appointed as well, nothing to complain there! The massage we had was very nice, as were the therapists.

All in all we feel the resort is nothing special for the pricetag it has, though it is still a very good resort. It`s just the pricetag that makes you wonder whether it is all worth it. A lower price would result in lower expectations and a better rating, though the Buffet really needs a few levels up.

The resort is very clean, and spacious. The accomadtion is comfortable, large king sized beds, good size bathrooms. The large flat screen TV looked a bit out of place but proved be good to catch up with internet and had good selection of free movies and music channels.

Plenty of areas for lounging in the sun, and great choice of beaches, if you take time in the heat to find the small secluded one's around the bay, as well as the two main beaches. At low tide you can wade over to a small island, which was quite fun. The trips in the golf buggy's took no time at all to get from one side of the resort to the other and we rarely had to wait very long for one to turn up

Good choice of food with several restuarants to choose from.
The spa was wonderful, reasonable selection of treatments, albeit a bit pricey, and we were able to pop in to use the facilites in the afternoons after leaving the beach to cool down and chill out in serene surroundings, and sip iced lemon water.

There was plenty of birdlife to observe,and the large fruit bats always drew a few passers by around dusk,the grounds are beautifully maintained with flowering shrubs and a variety of trees, which encouraged the wildlife. We unfortunatly didn't do too well with snorkling as the sea was often a bit choppy, however we did see a few fish and usual marine life.
We did rent a car and took a trip around the island to see other areas, the roads are quite windy and steep in places, but it is good to get outside the resort for an explore.

We visited to Bird Island for 7 nights and returned to Ephelia for our final night before flying back to the UK, We had the best of both worlds, ultra modern busy resort and serene idyllac peaceful small island. All in all a good trip to the Seychelles. I would certainly recommed it.

We stayd in the resort at the beggining of October. Exhausted from the plane, we were surprised when arriving at the resort, staff gave us immediately cold lemon towel and cold tea. Resort is clean, also the room. Spacious, with big bed, TV and internet. As a honeymoon couple we received as a gift beach bag, shapmaign, appetizers, bubble bath and a towel dog on the bed. Several restauranst with various food. As a person from Eastern Europe, it was slightly difficult to find food that macth my taste, especially main meal. But salads, breads, and sweets were excellent. Beach water were as clean as in the pool, no algae. Note that the Mahe island is quite high, and the road is pretty curvy. You can get sick from the road. Time from the airport to the resort is 35 min. Also have in mind that excursion to other island as Praslin and La Digue is with a boat, that shakes terrible, and you also can get sick. As a general review, i can give highest score to the resort. I like everything, polite staff that remembers my and my husbands name, room that is bigger than our own appartment, SPA treatment, green everywhere, transparent ocean water, deserted beach.
